How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Have stayed many times before - but not impressed with the breakfast - looked like had been left over from functions the night before - mix up with rooms - with a couple walking into my room with a key - I appreciate they were busy but it was poor service all around I’m afraid

- The hotel was generally okay. It had old furniture, but it was reasonably clean, except for the issues with the shower cabin and the toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't flush properly, causing a water backup during showers, which was quite inconvenient. - Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young lady at the front desk who, aside from saying 'good day,' didn't offer much information. She handed me a card key and mentioned that my room was 407, which seemed a bit odd since the nearest elevator only went up to the 3rd floor. I ended up getting a bit lost trying to find my room due to this discrepancy. -The young lady at the front desk failed to provide me with the dinner coupon included in my package. Furthermore, there was no mention of breakfast arrangements. It was disappointing to not receive the expected services and information upon check-in. - The room's mini-bar was empty, and no one informed me of this. Furthermore, the room service menu offered a poor selection of food options.
- Location, free parking - Unlike the unhelpful receptionist during my check-in, the lady working when I checked out was a complete contrast. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and even waived the dinner coupon fee when she learned I hadn't received it. She handled the bathroom issue professionally and promptly.

There was a wedding at the hotel and even though we changed rooms, it was ao unacceptible loud, that we couldn’t fall asleep until 2 A.M. Breakfast has very limited options but ok if you’re not a picky eater. The room must have been a smoking room before because there was a weird smell. I would of given a 7 if not for the loudness.
Great location, great price. Room was spacious.

First hotel come across in travels where room has no tea/coffee making facility including no kettle for hot water. The table in the room not ideal as a work desk. Bar fridge in our room did not work but was replaced by helpful team.

Breakfast not up to standard!
Good, comfortable hotel with modern style. Easy to find, easy to park. Clean room and great bed! Nice place to stay if you are in Doboj!

Recommendation: for breakfast: order coffee only a la card (2,—KM). Service (in the morning) facing away from the guest..., breakfast somehow doesn't suit the Hôtel... Cuisine: Very below average for local (good) conditions.

Hotel parking is always full of locals, and I aleays have a problem to find a place. Furniture already slightlyworn and poorly maintained,.. sockets, broken shelfs rack, flashing bulb.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The view from my room was so beautiful and relaxing, the room was very comfortable, clean, quite with a very comfortable bed (no Tv in the room). I had a small issue with my Booking reservation, but lady at the front desk was not so helpful, she said she doesn’t know what is the issue. On the check- out I was lucky enough to meet Mrs. Liljana who was so kind and helpful and she exceeded my expectations. With small issues, but def I will be back.
