“Friendly, helpful staff and we were warmly welcomed. Lots of free parking. Excellent breakfast and a very good dinner, both cooked to order. Good choice of reasonably priced bottles of wine . Public areas were nice and warm . Lovely bathroom with great shower and toiletries provided. Comfortable, large bed. A utilitarian room which was fine for one night. The grounds were really lovely and in the summer it must be a fantastic location.”
