Premises in dire need of renovation. Lift didn't work and stairs very steep and narrow. Shower flooded ensuite, and there was a power cut.!!

Triple Room was too tight to fit 3 persons with their luggages.

Great location next to bus/metro station in walking distance to the city center. Room and bathroom are always clean and aerated. Towels were provided. Reception was kind to let you keep your bags after check out.

Make sure you don't arrive by gare du nord station is a very bad area.

Good for the value and good bars next to the hotel. Walking distance to city was a bit longer than description.

The room was in an annex and I had to walk through a very smelly hallway near the housekeeping area to get to the room.

I got upgraded to a larger room, so it was nice to have the additional space. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The bathroom had a bit of leakage that didn't look pleasant. The neighborhood around the hotel it felt unsafe, especially at night.

The hole building had a wired smell. Even though it was clean, the walls and furniture were very damaged and very outdated. We usually don t care much about how a place looks but this one was under our expectations.

The building is old and one could only open the window very widely but since there was a balcony that was accessible from the other floors, I did not dare to leave the window open when leaving the room. The walls are thin, so you hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms.

For the price the hotel is good. Bathroom aand toilet were clean, the bed was comfortable and I had plenty of space. The location is near to the North station and the area seemed safe to me.

The noise from the other rooms. You can hear people walking from upstairs.

When reading the reviews, we were expecting the worst stay ever. But the room was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Wifi was good and the stuff was nice. We left our luggage after checking out. The bathroom was clean and we had everything we needed. I guess we got the better room.

The main problem with my room was that the floor was unstable and pavement went up and down regularly and also the door of balcony was unstable from butt hinge.

Bed is really uncomfortable and I guess it’s an old building so stairs/lift improvements are out of the question.

The room was in a separate building from the main hotel reception, up narrow stairs. But this is not a big problem. I was a bit wary of the luggage room - not locked, but I tucked my bag away at the back and it was fine.

It's all fine. Big room. Spotless bathroom. Nothing luxurious but very clean. I liked having room to breathe in the room. It is not in the very centre, but the trams work well, or the walk down the hill past the botanical gardens was pleasant.

Maintenance could have been better. There was no holder for the shower head and the only usable plug socket was well away from the bed.

If you are in a family travel the location of the hotel at night (possible day too) could be a little hard to used (it's like a red light district, but just close to train station) and the shower was broken.
