Freezing cold floor in the room. Heating with air conditioning that is insufficient for such a cold place as Brussels.

I found the room a bit too small, those you almost have to zig-zag your way around things. The shower head couldn't be tightened and I creatively had to use an elastic (which I luckily carried) to keep it from sliding down. The bathroom also had a not-too-slight bad smell. Breakfast was mediocre, I didn't think the assortment was great, but aside from coffee (which was quite bad) the quality was in line with the mediocre quality of central european hotels. Finally, the appearance from the outside is a bit run down, it doesn't make you feel you're going to have a nice experience.

Staff was nice and helpful and, coming in on an empty stomach, I appreciated them having a complementary assortment of breakfast pastries leftovers and coffee machine. Bed was also nice and comfy, albeit a tad smaller than usual. Location is quite handy, I basically didn't need public transport aside from going back to the airport

Everything was great! The bed is super comfy, there is hot water in the shower, the AC is working very well! The room was clean and the staff is really sweet! The relation price-benefit is real. The location is fantastic and the environment very nice. There was tea and small chocolats in the room. Perfect!

I can’t describe enough how much me and my friend loved staying at this hotel in August. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice and the location was amazing - right in the main shopping street and super close to metro that enabled us to go to the center in 15 mins. Also, we really liked hotel’s sweet and hot drinks treat and their approach towards environmental well-being. If I visit Brussels again, I will definitely stay here again. I wish I could give you more than 10 points. Bien mérité!

Completely dirty. There were black hairs on the bed. Disgusting. It smells bad. The toilet is also in very bad condition. Not worth the money at all.

I was perfectly satisfied with my stay. I stayed at the hotel for one night: the wifi was fast, the bed was comfortable, the room had everything I needed, and the staff were so helpful and kind. The option to drop off your luggage before check-in was also a really nice bonus for me!

This may be particular to our room, maybe others are not as problematic. It was the one closest to the stairs/elevator so every time a guest left we heard them like our room had no separation whatsoever with the corridor. Starting 6am every 20-30 minutes guests were leaving and we heard every single guest on our floor leave from 6am to 10am. They weren't even being particularly loud, just opening and closing doors and talking at a normal level but it was enough to wake us every time. There were some loud noises at 8 am like something being dropped through the stairs, maybe staff dropping the dirty laundry bags? Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. Anyways, some acoustic isolation for the door would definitely be the minimum step to take for comfort on that room. Otherwise staff and location were great and very helpful. The bed and room were fine otherwise. Really just a shame about the noise isolation. Maybe the other rooms are better?

Stairs to access to lift wasn’t so convenient. The lift is small and can only fit one person when with luggage.

Offered complimentary refreshments right from the reception and has great service for luggage storage. The breakfast was simple but very delightful and delicious! Really enjoyed the refreshments and food.

The facilities were very good, it looks better at the pictures than in reality, the bathroom door was not closing and there was only 1 electrical socket in the room, which is not convenient at all. Aside from this, there was a bar near by and one could hear it in the evening, especially when they were throwing out the glass.. so for one night it is good, but longer stay is not comfortable

If you have a lot of luggage, it’s difficult to get out from the elevator to the reception (either up or down the stairs) The sign is only on the 0th floor (and there are fewer descents and ascents on the -1st floor, but the staff explained this later

Great locat Great location and staff. The rooms are small but cozy. The big plus is comfortable bed and climate control ion. Super staff. Also a huge plus: you can leave things for storage after the check is completed. And also a coffee machine at the reception (even after check out)And great wifi

the location where the hotel is located is very good, 15-20 minutes walk you are in the center. I would say perfect. if I return to Brussels I will definitely return there
