Electrical toilet (hidden flush button) and inconvenient check-in check-out hours (7 hours difference is too much), but they helped about it. Really distant from the oldtown.

the bathroom had a shower, half closed with glass and when taking a shower the water leaked onto the tiles and after taking a shower you had to step on the puddle that formed there

The owners made us feel very welcome and it was lovely to return to this B@B. The room was lovely and comfortable and we had a superb breakfast brought up to us in our room. The property is situated within a ten minute walk from Brugge Sint Pieters station or if you fancy walking into the medieval centre a comfortable 30 minute walk or a short bus ride.

Just a 10min walk from the city, it Is in a lovely calm and quiet neighbourhood and there is a large Carrefour about 6 mins walk away. The owner is exceptionally helpful and pleasant and always available to answer any questions. Self check in (you will recieve check in info via booking dot com and also via WhatsApp/ email on the morning of your arrival. Room was comfortable and clean and had a great shower (hot and powerful unlike many places). Access to tea/ coffee / kettle and microwave just outside the room in the communal areas. I have no complaints at all !

I think it is the best choice in Brugge. We like the flat so much. We stayed at the roof top. Also the room was very very clean. You can watch netflix and youtube from the room’s tv and you can drink your coffee and tea at the room. They put evetything. Thank you🙏🏽

Would have appreciated at least one bottle of water either in the room, or available to pick up downstairs. I would also suggest that the owner send automated messages for PIN number access through email as well. WhatsApp messages disappear after 24h (though they replied within an hour once I realized that).

It was very clean and well kept. Not a problem for me, but it was about a 20-25 min walk to city centre. I enjoyed the walks, but there is also bus stops about a 3min walk away, which is also very convenient.

Everything about this stay was amazing, the host, the room and the facilities plus the location was perfect as it was very close by to the market place. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I will not shy away from saying that I wanna go back again to Belgium just so that I can stay at B&B Pickery. PS: if you do get a chance try their beers, it’s amazing as well haha

The fact that a strange smell came from the toilette one night and the entire room smelt of toilette. I'm conscious that the house may be quite old, so maybe the ventilation system is hard to control. It also gave me a bit of anxiety that we only received the check-in details 3h earlier or so, but I'm conscious also that it was written on Booking.com that we should contact the property on time, to ensure we got the details prior to check-in, which we did. The check-in time at 17:30 also seemed a bit late.

The bed was comfortable, the neighbourhood was super quite and safe, only 30 minutes by feet away from the city center.

The toilet was a bit stained and looked dirty. The breakfast looked a little pricey compared to what you could find in town but we didn't have it so I can't say if it was any good.

The bed was comfortable and the room was large. There was a second camp style bed in the room as well which was very comfortable. It was a staff free check in and out process so didn't have to see the owners at all. It was only a 15 minute walk from the centre and was in a really cute residential area, very quiet.
