Everything was great.

ROOM: The room was spacious, with everything we needed. The bathroom was comfortable with enough space for our things. BED: The bed was comfortable, pillows too. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was excellent, with home-made delicacies served by the hosts. We really enjoyed it. SURROUNDINGS: The location was convenient for us, since we had a parking space secured in front of the B&B and were still close to the city (we didn't use the public transportation to visit the centre as we went by our car and parked in the public garage). We loved the nice terrace by the house for drinks and smoking. COMMUNICATION: The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good. The hosts were very friendly.

They did charge another amount for city tax at the very end. And they said it was not included in the booking.com reservation.

Very cool and cozy place. Family friendly. Nice concept. Very good breakfast. Easy access to the bus which takes less than 10 min to Bruges center.

Nothing significant.

Starting from check-in to check-out every single detail was amazing. We stayed just one night with our 9 and 1.5 year old sons and well enjoyed our night and breakfast. We were suprised several times by all the details. The hospitality and kindness of the owner, Free parking, location and breakfast (natural and local flavors) are top pros. And all the toys and baby items were great. Free coffee and tea all day long is another unique feature. Definetely recommended for couples and families up to 4-5. Hope to stay again.

There was nothing not to like

It was a lovely B&B, spotlessly clean and a lovely big family room. Off street parking was provided and the breakfast setup was fantastic. The host, Valerie, was absolutely lovely, and made the stay extra special. The walk to centre of Bruges was around 30 minutes, but a nice walk.

Everything great. Couldn't ask for more.

Extremely clean and cosy place. The host was very kind and thoughtful, providing everything needed for us and our toddler. The breakfast is very tasty, all good ingredients and more than enough. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Bruges!

We stayed in Bruges for one night on the way through Belgium and Valant was brilliant. The whole property was immaculate, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Lots of thoughtful touches, including special bits for the kids. Highly recommended!

Communication with owner was smooth and timely. They were very gracious to take care of our small child at breakfast. The room, although simple and tight, was functional and comfortable to stay.

Maybe the internet was slow, but it probably was our fault for not saying anything.

The room was super clean, well equipped, nice bed and perfect for the 4 of us. The shower was great. Well located, in a nice area, within walking distance to Bruges center or 4 minutes drive to a free parking area. The best was the breakfast! most of the staff was homemade, so many good and yummy options. We are a vegan family and the hosts were so lovely that the made an impressive breakfast for us with doughnuts, croissants, pancakes (they were amazing), vegan ham and vegan cheese, delicious homemade granola and homemade jams and vegan yogurt. I give them a 10 for all the effort. We definitely recommend if you are stopping in Bruges.

The host was very friendly, they made sure our stay was comfortable. Also arranged flask warmer for our baby, there was baby chair with bib and wet tissues.. it was so convenient for us. For breakfast, we had different home made jams each day... Eggs prepared on our request... overall everything was very good! Our kids loved it . Highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy place to stay.

The bedroom was rather too warm: however, it had been an unusually hot day, even into late evening. There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom; a fan was supplied, but its lowest setting was too strong to leave it running during the night. Anyway, we slept well enough.

We were happy to be outside the town centre; the walk to the centre was along a somewhat busy road (but with good pavements for pedestrians). Breakfast was very good. Overall nice clean place, and friendly hosts.

Great place! Lovely hosts! Superb homemade breakfast with homemade granola, homemade jams and local products! Perfectly clean! Close to city centre. Free car park spaces. I highly recommend B&B Valant!

very new and comfortable. the situation is do convenient near the city, you can park in front of the house. Amazing breakfast with excellent service. The owners are very kind, we had a problem with the reservation in booking and they solved it immediately.
