Overall the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. Location great. Was quite warm in the room so would have liked cooling. Having somewhere to sit and eat our food would have been nice but we weren't allowed to eat in the breakfast area.

The noise coming from the people on the street. The toilet seat needs to be cleaned. Ours had pee stains under and had to wipe it. A complimentary water bottle for the guests would be good.

The location is close to the metro station. The Grand Palace is 10-15 minutes on foot. The receptionist is polite and kind.

The stuff was very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was really clean, and for one person it wasn’t big but it was cute and enough. Only the tv was placed in a weird place. I also really liked the location near the metro and you can also walk to the streets full of shops. The only thing is maybe for the price it could provide some more things in the room like a hairdryer etc

The area is in the city centre very accessible to metro, shopping and the attractions. The downside is too noisy from the outside but bearable, and there is no big mirror in the bedroom. And the staff very approachable and friendly especially the Irsih guy.

All pillows in the room were awful, very hard and to high. No choice of pillows. Hand held shower would not attach to shower rail.

The location is great. half-way between Gare de Midi and the historic center of the city. Very convenient for a short stay. The room was basic but clean and very well heated. The best thing about this hotel is its staff! We were able to check in early and to leave our luggage at the hotel storage without an extra charge.

The staff were the best part of the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful. There were a couple of downsides; the single room was tiny, and the showers were uncomfortably small. A tea/coffee station wouldn't have gone amiss, but for a 2-stat hotel, there's only so much one can expect.

Tiny bathroom ( but it was ok for me) , very cold floor although the room was heated well. Some kind of rug would be perfect. Couldn’t open the window to get some fresh air as it was very noisy at night ( some device working loudly outside the window), also there was strange loud sound from the bathroom (pipes or toilet) it was really difficult to sleep

Bathroom was tiny but what was expected for the price. No hairdryer in the room. A little noisy at night, I think it was a generator.

Very easy to find and a simple walk to all major attractions. Staff were very friendly and greeted me every time I walked through the lobby. Able to call a taxi for me and it arrived in less than 5 minutes despite how early it was. Room was very warm and comfortable. Suitable for solo travellers.
