It was quite warm and fridge didn't work or air conditioning didn't work. Tap was shooting the water with quite a pressure but shower didn't have any pressure. Because air conditioning didn't work we had to sleep with windows cracked and it was quite noisy. Lots pf emergency vehicles and loud people and cars. Maybe most weird thing was that someone was able to open our room with their card. We were sleeping and woke up at night because someone opened our door. They realized that it was wrong room and quickly closed the door. We tried to open the door without our card and it didn't open so we got into conclusion that their card was coded wrongly to our door. Little bit scary that some random person got into our room when we were sleeping.

Clean simple hotel. Quite "empty" and spacious room. Big bed.

It is beyond the building's control, but as of my stay (May 2023) there is construction right next door. It was loud enough to wake me up. You might ask for a room on the other side of the building.

The location is good, just a few minutes to walk to the city center. (Central Brussels is so small and walkable. There is no reason to pay a fortune to stay there.) Staff are very friendly. Rooms are on the basic side but perfectly functional. Gare Midi (train station) is close and you can take the tram there at a stop less than a minute away.

The rooms could do with a little more attention (e.g give glasses for water, more than 1 pillow). Unfortunately the bathroom had a terrible smell from the shower and the air flow/extractor fan did not work.

Good value for money. Easy check in/check out process. Location is good, not a bad walk into town centre.

Dirty reception area and no place to have a sit and wait for check-in.

Fridge didn't work and from the personnel response it was clear that they were not going to fix it. Internet connections was poor.

The restaurant at the hotel wasn't working. The breakfast wasn't included in the cost for the room, as it was announced.

The hotel is on walking distance to the center of Brussels. The rooms are strange, but clean.

More electrical outlets (plugs) in the room. Outlets near the bed were used by reading light. No outlets convenient to the work area. Concrete floors in the rooms are not very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit light for EUR 9,-

Concrete walls, celining and floor in room but not shown in photos. Kept awake/woken up by other guests slamming doors but this is not the hotels fault.

Spacious rooms and easy access to metro/trams. Really friendly staff who were willing to help. They also kept our bags before check in and after check out (at no extra cost) so we could explore the city.

A bit far from metro station. Also our room was on the edge of the hotel with no carpet or floor but with concrete instead. Still, it was ok for one night.

The Hotel room was clean but consider below - No flooring in the room. No sealing paint. there was just a hanging light which makes the room feel very dull. Bathroom has no door and just a curtain which does not even cover the door area (very bad). I was not expecting something like this in Europe (which is supposed to be the developed area)

The window of the room looked at the construction site, we woke up at 7 in the morning because of that. Maintenance is timely: the bathroom handle falls off, the shower flows everywhere, hairdryer not working (we got another one), etc.

It's clean and the the bed is comfortable. We only went to the accommodation to sleep. The historical city center is in walking distance.

Near of the hotel at river bank is some refuges camp situated and when you camp with your own car it is looks like not so safety. Also with parking you can expect some troubles, we were lucky 1 place in front of hotel was free. At this time we had view of the bulding under construction from hotel, so I prefer personally some better of course :-)

Location was not so far from center of Brusell, accomodation is modern style in touch of industrial past, so for short time accomodation just OK. Bathroom was also well equipped and hotel looks simpatic at all. Reception communication was also perfect

I had booked and asked for a double bed, in the end it was two mattresses put together, so not a double bed :( There was a little smell from the shower.
