We had an amazing stay at benny’s, the place was spotless clean, right in the heart of city center, there is some welcome snacks, tea, coffee, and necessities like toothbrush and toothpaste..the owner was easy to reach and communicate with. I highly recommend the place

Benny’s Rooms in Brussels City Center was a fantastic stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the central location made it easy to walk to main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Benji, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and offered great local tips, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Very cozy and clean room. Attention to details and good choice of biscuits. I’m celiac so I couldn’t eat them but I appreciate the snack availability. The toilet was shared with other guest but it was exceptionally clean when we arrived in the late evening. Definitely recommend it

Communication was very smooth and great. Check-in, and, all information was neatly explained. Check-in is done by yourself, room key is ready for you, all information is sent via WhatsApp. Neat concept, on arrival a welcome package in the room: bottle of water, chips, some bathroom items, pair of short socks, chocolate. And, in the lounge area there is coffee / tea / sweets and snacks available: free, as a service. Kitchen available if needed. Shared bathroom works perfectly, and bathroom itself is neat. As already mentioned by others: narrow stylish staircase, as is typical of these houses in Brussels. It adds extra atmosphere, and fits perfectly in terms of empathy. Large luggage and or items are therefore not really feasible. Recommended! Don't expect luxury, but nice atmosphere and all basic needs are there. Heating was also working wonderfully. Bed met my wishes perfectly. Traffic and noise from this one was fine, despite my room being on the street side, 1st floor.

Other guests were a bit loud overnight coming and going but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The communication was great and they provided a lot of useful information and recommendations. It was also nice to have tea and a snack provided after travelling. Very convenient location, clean, and comfortable.

The bathroom has a curtain, it would be better to have a door. Our room was in the ground floor, if it was upstairs it would be hard to carry our suitcases. It is not at the location stated just two streets away.

Room was small but it has everthing we need, 10 minutes away from the Grand Place. The snacks are cute. Benji was really helpful, great host.

When you have a big luggage, it is important to keep in mind, that there is no lift to the other floors. But if you have a gentleman beside you, he will be happy to carry your luggage for you. ;)

The property was amazing!! First of all it super clean and had everything we would possibly need and even more extras. The self check in was also super easy. I was placed on the top floor and the stairs were quite narrow. Luckily I had a small suitcase, a bigger one would have been a big hassle. I would've loved a water kettle on my floor as well.

The location was perfect, close to the city centre but quiet enough to have great night's rest. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. I was also able to remain in the common area for a bit, after checkout. That was really helpful for my travel itinerary! I didn't mind the the fact there was no reception; the digital contact was very clear and I got quick and helpful responses.
