The room images show a capsule coffee machine. However, there was only a kettle in our room. We arrived at the hotel around 14:00 and they said they could not get it before 15:00. Also, water could have been put in the room.

For some of our group that were near the street, they found it noisy at night time from nearby bars.

Location is very central, Grand place is a short stroll from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to get to / from airport.

Pillows too small for me and room was quite hot without air conditioning however we could open a large window and the room was in a quiet part of the hotel which was nice

~ Know that single room must be small. However, the toilet should at least have some space for placing items. I need to put everything on the toilet seat; ~ Failed to connect to wifi until 2:00am; ~ Water from basin & shower is salty; ~ The toilet on the under ground floor is very small. Chubby people may not be able to enter. Ladies need to wash their hands in male toilet. Urinal bowl is next to the basin.

~ Good location. Easy access to sightseeing venues; ~ Provides L’Occitane products like shampoo, shower gel & hand washing foam; ~ The afternoon staff is helpful. He tried to fix the wifi connection problem. When I tried to get back my luggage, which was in the farthest corner, he took out luggage of others & brought mine out.

Noise. My room, 104, was on the front of the building. There was a late night bar/music venue across the street that apparently opened at midnight and stayed open until 0600. Bass drums thumping disco/ rap/ whatever and smokers talking at the top of their lungs, didn't allow for much sleep. Get a room a the back of the hotel. Breakfast was very basic but good.

The location was quiet good where everything is very close to the hotel( bar, restaurant and shopping streets). I called my few friends to celebrate the birthday at common area and they allowed for that. That is nice! Overall I had a good experience.

No fridge in the room. Space around reception rather small. No room service available. Did not use the wifi but rather my 4G allowance, so can't comment on the wifi quality.

Excellent location, very central but quiet. Large bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. Nice staff. New furniture and bathroom appliances.

The location is great. The room was very small but very comfortable - the bed and pillow were high quality, and the shower was excellent. It’s not a room you’d use to hang out in because of the size, but it’s a great base to explore a lovely area.

The street noise outside of the room. My first night there I had opened a window and did not close it completely (my fault) and I was awoken at 3:00 am by drunken idiots form the night club across the streets and this was only a Wednesday night. The following night, when I closed the window properly I heard nothing. While this is fine during the winter, it must be terrible in the warm months because the hotel is not air conditioned and the windows need to remain open.

Nice enough room and bathroom with a good (although pricey at 20 Euros) breakfast. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

- the bed was pretty bad. The mattress bends under you so you feel your partner's every move - Salty choice of breakfast was quite small. One type of salami, which was not very good. - paper glass in bathroom packed in plastic - toilet seat little bit worn out

- Location is super central - good bars and restaurants just around the corner - nice shopping street - view had a little balcony with street view and Stock Market view with which was really nice - cleanliness
