Because I sleep with earplugs, I said I won't mind a street facing room. If you don't have earplugs or are a light sleeper, I would advise against this. I slept well but even with my earplugs I was sometimes aware of the noise from the street. This is not a complaint, just a clarification.

The hotel offers great value for money, is very well located in the centre of the city and very close to a Metro station (Bourse). I loved the decor, and the duty managers were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than enough to set you up for the day and the coffee is great.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is also VERY close to the train stations and bus stations and close to lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. As a solo female traveler I felt safe walking the streets at night in this area as well. Staff is super helpful.

Breakfast was served from 7am, but I needed to leave earlier for my train. They opened breakfast 20 minutes early just for me. Excellent customer service.

My room was facing the street so it was noisy at night. The sound insulation is bad although the windows close well.

Great location, near the city centre but noisy at night, especially if the room window faces the street. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, big, clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, nice, helpful staff.

The only downsides were the quality of the WIFI which wasn't very stable and the windows were not double glazed, which mean you could hear everything happening outside.

Very poor sound isolation between rooms, could hear everything going on in the next room (TV, entire conversations, footsteps etc.)

No issues - it's pricy for a single room there but I think this is representative of general hotel costs in Brussels.

Very centrally located, in an area with lively nightlife which you can hear in the room (to be expected in this area, this wasn't an issue for me). The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

A guest decided to let off fire alarm at 4 in the morning, then staff tried resetting but took 2 more times to succeed

The bathroom is very small. Not good inside sound isolation.

The walls are super thin . Thankfully I had a room facing the inner area and not the main street. The sensor lights in the hallway only work if you re standing right under them. So by the time I reached my room they went out . The sheets were not changed but the bed was remade each day ( atleast i noticed the same sheets for 4 out of my 8 day stay). I only had tea in my room, not sure if coffee is just not provided or you have to ask for it separately. Also not sure if there's a difference between room types but mine didn't provide any room slippers though I clearly saw the cleaning staff with them. ( I didn't need them though so I didn't ask. If you do need, please ask). Also the shower door insulation was coming off so all the water seeped outside onto the bathroom floor.

Great location, safe area , very close to St Catherine Square with good restaurants and also the bars nearby. The room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed.. The front desk staff are helpful . They were also kind enough to allow me an early check in.

The weather turned cold and I was cold in bed and there was nothing extra to cover me. I'm sure it's not always like that, I was just unlucky that it had turned cold.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The staff were lovely and my single room had a double bed and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect too, being an easy stroll from Brussels-Central station. Thank you everybody.

We did have a disturbed sleep on the Saturday night because our room backed onto a club and the music kept us awake.

A very central location with lots of bars and restaurants around it. A few minutes stroll to the Grand Place but not an overly touristy area which was nice. Amazingly comfy bed and good pillows and a great shower!

I couldn't believe there wasn't a sachet of coffee in the room. Tea yes but no coffee. Must be the only hotel in the whole world that doesn't give a sachet of nescafe with your kettle

Just to mention the loud music that was heard from our room on the third floor for some hours on the Saturday evening. I don't know where it was coming from but we were still able to sleep.

At the time of the visit there were demonstrations in the city and noise reached the area of the hotel

Location was excellent for visiting the central attractions on foot and the Bourse metro station was only a few minutes walk away.Cafes and restaurants nearby.The room was a good size and bed very comfy.Towels changed each day in a very clean bathroom
