We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomIt's a lovely terraced house but the stairs are narrow - ok for us but take care if anyone in your party has mobility issues.
We turned up on a motorbike which had just had a puncture, in the middle of Saturday afternoon. Sander, the host, rang around for us and in 15 minutes had found a bike shop prepared to stay open and do a puncture repair - this saved our return journey!

United KingdomThe shower head didn't work and you had to hold the wand shower part in your hand while washing 🙃 Beds were uncomfortable and had a convex shape (a severe crown in the middle .4 of the party complained to me about the bed ) felt like you were rolling out of the bed. It is important you have a decent bed and shower and unfortunately both let our stay down
Chesney was welcoming and a good host Rooms were adequate and the breakfast was plentiful. A 10 mins walk to the cloth hall and centre of ypres parking was outside the premises and was only available after the offices opposite closed but no problems

Amazing breakfast and location, it's 2 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Room is modern and tidy and has everything you'll need. But the best part was the staff/hosts - they were very responsive, flexible and went above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Can't recommend enough!

United KingdomThe shower in our room was sadly faulty and was not working as expected. The toiletries were lacking with only shampoo available and no shower gel or hand soap. The room was also not as clean as would have liked it to be. Sadly these factors let the stay down.
We stayed for one night at the B&B. The communication prior to arrival was great and we were met and shown around when we arrived. We were able to safely store our bicycles inside. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. The location is excellent for being able to walk into Ieper.

spacious and clean and just a short walk to the main square. the owner was very welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable- best nights sleep in ages!
