Nowhere to hang a long coat - problematic in winter. Steep and narrow stairs - if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for some effort. Soundproofing? No, never heard of it. Pray that you have quiet neighbours and show the same respect yourself.

Location in a quiet area, not too far from hotspots (10-15min walk). Good public transport connection to get around if it feels inconvenient to walk.

room feels a little small on one side for people a bit claustrophobic, like me, TV too high up on the wall, clearly due to the small space, not comfortable to watch but I know a lot of places have the TV high up. (travelling with an 11 year old, watching TV was our relaxing time after lots of walking/ sightseeing and museums)

I struggled using the Nespresso coffee machine to make a nice coffee. There were only two plastic cups provided and no spoon.

The property is in a nice quiet location. It is ideally situated for sightseeing in Bruges, with a bus stop and supermarket nearby. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and fresh towels provided. The room had been freshly decorated and had a lovely view of the nearby church. There was a good system for accessing the property using key codes and a key safe outside each room.

The room was below expectations for the stay of two people, compared to what shown in the pictures: the double bed did not fit properly and was located right in front of the bathroom, obstructing the passage. The bathroom door did not slide easily, meaning that if the toilet was used over night we needed to choose between making noise and leaving the door open while sleeping (with related smells). This was a shame because we saw another room and it looked a lot better than ours in terms of space and even decorations.

The location is perfect, in a quiet part of the city and at a short walking distance from the centre, with shops and facilities close. Staff was very kind online and provided clear information for check-in and check-out. All the facilities listed (e.g., coffee machine, hairdryer) were in the room and functional.

The walls were very thin and you could hear the door from the next room open and close as if it was our own. There were also many mosquitoes that bit us. The walls were a bit dirty with mosquitoes that had been killed before.

In principle, a very nice accommodation with parking available right outside. However, the fans were a bit noisy, and the rooms felt somewhat stuffy, which meant we had to keep the windows open, allowing many mosquitoes to enter. Unfortunately, this led to a lack of sleep. The stairs were charming but narrow. The toilet in one of the rooms was very small, making it almost impossible to close the door.

The room was quite big and comfy. We stayed only for one night because of the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the Midi train station. The Metro station is also within walking distance, making it easy to get to the city center. We arrived at 10:00 in the morning, and despite the check-in time being 15:00, we were allowed to check in early at no extra cost. The reception staff was very friendly during both check-in and check-out. Overall, the location is good, the staff is great, and the hotel is clean.

We discovered mosquitoes the final night. Lots of bites. Windows were open but we just did not realise they were there.

For me as I say I prefer a Hard bed. Other than that it was fine.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a great breakfast both days. The bed was a little soft for me but our friends loved it as they like a soft bed. So down to personal preference. The rooms were a little small but was fine for us as we were only there for two days. Beds were larger than a normal double. Hotels in a great position and plenty of room in the car park.

Lacking tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The location was excellent and the hospitality shown by the owners was exceptional. The room albeit slightly dated was very comfortable and perfect for our requirements on this visit.
