my only complaint is that the elevator is a little slower than normal. but that’s not a big deal

it is very central to major tourist attractions. it also looks very nice, it does not look like a typical cheap hostel. it looks very high end. the staff team are incredible and willing to help with anything. They do a lot of socials in the main lobby so that other travelers can meet people who are also traveling around which I really enjoyed.

Nothing actually!!!! They even kept my luggage before check-in!!! It was really nice!!! 😍

I liked everything! Beds are confortable! Room is not hot. There is air conditioner. Shower is great and has a great water flow, great temperature!!! Higyene paper always available, also shampoo and liquid body soap!!! There are curtains on the beds!!! Staff are very nice!!! It is close to everything and safe!!!! It is a beautiful and organized place!!! Their breakfast is great! I paid for it separated!!!!

We had a room with a view of the Bd Anspach. Despite a cover in front of the main entrance, we could smell the cigarettes from outside smoking clients. The bin was not emptied every day.

Great location. We booked the family room with shower and toilet. It was spacy and comfortable. There was an AC in the room.

It was sad that the sunk with mirror wasn't in the same room as the shower.

Shower very good, I liked it and I particularly like the curtains in each bed for the privacy of each one of the travelers. Breakfast was also very good.

The location is great. A shop closed by can let us buy some food and drinks. Air conditioner is the best upside here since the day we stay in Brussels was extremely hot.

My room had a funky smell, like mildew. I have no idea if it was the room or the people in it, but the fact that the window didn't open didn't help.

It was very modern and stylish, the staff was very helpful, and the location was great. I also liked that there was an ensuite with separate shower room and sink--it made sharing easier. The curtained beds were also great.

It is great to have a shower and toilette in the room, however if you are sharing the room with strangers (like I did) and want to wake up early, you wake everyone up.
