Lack of additional toilets/showers in the building

The modern accommodation and even safety features in the family room that it would buzz or ring when the door was opened. This is an amazing safety feature. The location is ideal and very walkable.

They accept guests of all ages so there a several children playing and screaming around the place.

Well located near metro stations and walking distance to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness was good. Bed was confortable and A/C in good working order. Showers and toilet were big enough.

I'm personally not a fan of bathrooms inside shared dorm rooms. The shower and Toilet were seperate rooms which was good. But if you're unlucky like me someone decides to take a shower at 2 in the morning, which is quite noisy.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff and met really nice people here. The bed was really comfortable, had curtains and sockets for charging phone etc. I booked the breakfast which had a great choice of tasty food, worth the money.

There’s no storage facility. There’s a paid locker storage for different sizes. If you aren’t sure what size locker you need and if you accidentally pay for the smaller compartment you actually lose the money. It’s hard to guess how deeper the locker is unless you actually see it so makes it hardly to guess which one should to pay for. There should be some system to cancel the locker immediately if don’t want it.

Smell in the shower room wasn’t great, pillows weren’t brilliant, bar staff in the evening were sometimes quite preoccupied with chatting to their friends so weren’t always friendly or available and also the food orders weren’t always correct which was a little annoying.

Loved the location, good vibes in the lobby, check in staff were great, staff around the hostel in the day were great, nice muffins, great selection of drinks in the bar, decent breakfast.

It was so hot that it was difficult to sleep. The a/c helped a little, but didn't seem like enough. A fan or two to keep air moving would be helpful during weeks where the temperature is so high.

The location is great. The staff was friendly. I liked the small number of beds in the dorm room and the fact that the bathroom was en suite.

The street outside our room was noisy but that was to be expected of such a centrally located hostel.

I loved the modern and clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent value for money and you could not fault the central location. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

Being extremely nitpicky, the shower gel bottle in our room was empty. The shampoo was full, though, and did just fine. They would've definitely filled it up if we asked, that's for sure.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, clean room, and even had a nice view! Went with 2 friends for one night and it was the perfect choice. Didn’t take any public transport except from and to the train station. They had a room with lockers for the luggage, costing 6-12€ for the lockers depending on the size. Water pressure was also very strong, we even got a little splashed while washing our hands, so the shower was also really refreshing. I also liked that there was a nightstand for everyone, which is not always the case (plugs for us all, too). For anyone going out at night: plenty of bars around, but the main door is closed at midnight. They leave a number at the door that we can call in case they don't open for us right away, but all we had to do was ring the door and they came running.

The best hostel I have ever stayed. 1 - Everything is on walking distance. 2 - Bed was comfortable. 3 - Beds have curtains for privacy. 4 - bathroom and shower were inside the room, super convenient. 5- Super friendly staff 6 - super clean rooms, bathrooms. We stayed in the private double room and it was the comfiest bed ever and so spacious. Staff were friendly. Common area downstairs is nice and they offer you complimentary welcome drinks.

The only thing I didn't like was that we noticed the fire exit was always blocked with multiple trolleys of laundry, I think there were two fire exits, but it really should be clear at all times. The only minor thing was, one morning the breakfast was a bit chaotic, but I think this was just down to the hostel being particularly busy and the staff not managing to keep up with the high demand.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for exploring the centre of Brussels and had great transport connections being very close to the metro.
