The whole hostel was very clean, I loved that the beds were built in and had some privacy with the curtain. For the 6 all girls room, I liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms so people could shower/use the toilet at the same time! The lobby and bar had a great, laid back vibe! The location was also great, very walkable and close to trains!

Very clean room and facilities. Excellent location at walking distance to the Grand Place Square and all the attractions, museums and restaurants in the area. The lobby has a foosball table.

The staff is very polite. The whole building was very nice and clean. Even though there were a lot of guests in the hostel there was no noise from outside the room. It's very convenient that there's a locker for each bed in the room. The hostel is located in a very lively area, very close to main attractions, chocolate and pastry shops, bars, restaurants and stores. About 10-15 minutes away from Brussels central station and 25 from Brussels Midi.

The sink was outside the bathroom and shower (which are also separate from each other which is a good thing), so it's pretty loud at night and there's no place to hang a towel to dry your hands after you wash them

Very cozy bed with outlets a personal light and blinds for when you sleep or want some privacy, lockers are large and convenient and overall a very nice room with opportunities to make some friends on the way

I spend a few nights in a shared women's room and I really enjoyed my stay. The room looked nice and clean and the curtains by the beds allowed for some privacy. The staff at the hotel was very kind. On my last evening there was a karaoke night in the lobby, and while I'm not the kind of person who would step up to sing myself, a bunch of people did because the staff created an atmosphere where people felt comfortable doing so. I thought that was very cool! Also loved how central the hostel is. I didn't have to use any public transport during my stay because I was able to walk wherever I wanted to go and a lot of cafés, restaurants and stores are in the direct area of the hostel. I would stay there again if I come to Brussels again!

The lock to the door didn't work

Daily events in the hostel. I attended karaoke night. Was good fun. The rooms are incredibly quiet and comfortable.

The price is expensive - the only justification is the location and the quality of the rooms. Wifi is slow with poor coverage. The 6-bed mixed room was not big, it is a decent size but can be small for 6 people, and the bathroom and shower were located inside the room so sometimes it can be noisy if someone takes a shower at night or in the early morning, and it doesn't give much privacy. I understand it is expected for shared rooms but it is what it is.

The location is great, right in the center. 24-hour reception, amazing staff, and the room and bed were clean. Each bed had a curtain for privacy.

Personnel in the Hostel was quite cozy and alwas able to assist in any doubt or recommendation about the city. Beds are clean and comfortables, the courtains on the beds give you privacy in the shared rooms.
