Not all beds have curtains. In my room only 2 of 4 beds had them - which meant that there was no privacy at all, and everybody felt unsure about switching on the light in the mornings or at night. Seems like a small thing, but it's (unnecessarily) uncomfortable for everybody involved. The coffee included in the breakfast was incredibly weak. I guess the person making it, wasn't a coffee drinker. There were never any hairdryers available, maybe it would be easier to just install some in the bathrooms?

Really clean and modern bathrooms, high quality beds, super friendly staff, great location (close to restaurants and pubs and not far from the centre), nice common area with a bar and food available. Free Wifi. Very nice, relaxed athmosphere.

The locks of the closet were not included in the reservation I had to buy one from the reception, I didn't know this information otherwise I would have brought a lock with me.

The staff is welcoming and nice, the location is great, near to a tram station and grab place in Brussels, 10 minutes walk to Brussel central train station. It was good overall I recommend this place.

The tv didn't work but it wasn't such a big deal.

The hostel is clean, modern and very welcoming. The staff is nice and polite and they speak many languages. I didn't have breakfast there but it looked great and at a great price. The room are clean and comfy. The location of the hostel is magnific!

The bathroom was a bit small but completely usable!

Common area was very nice, quite large and easy to meet new people. Staff were really friendly and helpful, letting me check in early. Rooms were nice with the curtains across the beds

Beds were somewhat uncomfortable. No other issues.

Comfortable, personable place. Dennis, staff from Romania, was great!! My son Will and I enjoyed spending time with him. Everyone was warm and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. The beds were somewhat too firm, but everything else was good. If we return to Brussels, definitely will stay at La Troupe again.

I don't think you should have charged for locker service. I know it's common in Europe, but I found it very expensive. It was free in my prior experience.

I LOVED the linens and the breakfast. The staff was excellent. I had a wonderful experience. The dorm was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. I didn't feel bothered at all even though there were six of us. It was calm and quiet.

The location was great, walking distance to all the best spots in Brussels. We specifically went to explore the Christmas markets and the hostel was right on their doorstep!

only thing I could put my finger on was the bathrooms. it is only a stall in the bedroom with thin doors so everyone can hear your business..

- The Interior is very modern and has a great quality. - the Rooms get a daily clean Up which actually does a decent Job at it. -They had Live Music on Friday which was at a really high Quality Level!
