I was travelling by motorbike and the hotel had no parking provision. It was a nuisance because the secure car parks near the hotel didn't accept motorbikes, so I had to leave it - probably illegally - parked on the street.

Lovely hotel in fabulous location a couple of minutes from the Belfry. The reception staff were lovely - really helpful and friendly. room was at top of hotel so I was thankful that the hotel had a lift!

Only very small things like the bathroom door slides and doesn't actually close all the way, but isn't a big problem.

Hotel was perfect, pillows were so comfortable had the best night sleeps while I was there. Wifi was good, staff were really friendly, shampoo in the shower was some of the best I've used, even thought about buying some for home. There's a nice little outside area where you can go with your drink or have a cigarette. Location is perfect, 2 minute walk and you are in the main square of Bruges.

The hotel is super clean, room very spacious and luminous. Everything has been recently renewed and very well organised. We travelled as a family of four and the kids really liked it, they loved being able to being in our same room but still have a lot of place and independent proper beds (rather than a sofa bed). The location is exceptional, super super central. There is a public parking space literally a few steps away and it is very easy to go everywhere from the hotel. A lovely place.

The key to the room is lovely, but it is a little cumbersome to carry around. While it is great to have the electric kettle in the room for instant coffee, it would be nice to have brewed coffee available from the machine in the breakfast room at all times.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location was within walking distance of the square with plenty of restaurants, shops, museums, etc. The breakfast room was clean and bright with a variety of food and even chocolate eggs and mimosas available! The room was spacious, modern and well-decorated. I especially liked the magnified, lighted mirror in the bathroom.

Very honest review: I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a fantastic location and a warm, cosy atmosphere, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Some of the amenities listed before booking were not available. For example, there was no iron or ironing board in the room. The fridge had no water, and when we tried to buy some from the vending machine, we were told it only accepted cash(staff not very helpful). Since we were traveling with a credit card, this was inconvenient. The same issue arose when we needed toothpaste, as the vending machine did not accept cards, and the reception staff was not very helpful in resolving this.(no dental kit!) One major issue was that there was no electricity for the plug sockets at night, meaning we couldn’t make tea or charge our phones. Since the reception closes at 9 PM, there was no one available to assist us with this. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation in the bathroom, causing unpleasant smell even though we kept the windows open throughout the day. Another thing to note is that the hotel has only a one-way elevator, and there was no staff available to help withthe lift, which could be difficult for some guests. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and has a nice, cosy feel, but the lack of essential amenities and unhelpful service made our stay less convenient than we had hoped. If these issues are addressed, it could be a much better experience for future guests.

Great lication, comfortable beds and spacious. Cozy and well designed.

We had a ground floor room near the road and elevator and I found the room very noisy. We could easily hear conversations that were had outside our room. Bathroom did not seem to have ventilation, for toilet smells or shower steam.

Location was good. Near bus stop numbers one and two if you are coming from the train station.

The room was too small compared to other hotels of the same size. The bathroom door could not be shut completely. The elevator shut down on Christmas day but was fixed in a few hours. You can always hear people stomping around in the hotel - it makes it noisy.

The breakfast is quite expensive. The hotel is fairly old, and the bathroom had a weird smell, even if it was clean. Also don't like the locks at doors, which are open and closed by key and not automatically locking. Probably because the hotel is old. Wish they had liquid soap in the bathroom rather than a solid one. Also, we had a room for 2, but only provided toiletries for one person.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the centre, restaurants, market. The room was fairly big and clean, and my friend liked the beds as he found them comfortable. The room had a fridge, which is quite rare in other places.

The bathroom door was a sliding door, but it had gaps and you could see out and in which is unnerving while you're on the loo. It did not feel private - this was unfortunate as otherwise the room was great.

The room had a fridge which is always good. The room was compact, but certainly big enough and the bathroom was spacious with a lovely big shower, The location was great - in the centre of Bruges. The staff were very helpful.
