The air conditioning is not working well. The window is not possible to open to get some fresh air. There is no clearning provided during the stay and also there is no vacuum cleaner that you can use yourself. There is no trash container at the hotel. We stayed for a whole week and the trash accumulated in the room, and it was not clear where to throw it.

Location is good. The possibility to leave the luggage in three locker. Well organized communication through the messenger.

The neighborhood is just OK. It’s real life Brussels so keep that it mind if you’re looking for something in the heart of the tourist zone. There wasn’t a bakery nearby for breakfast though there was an amazing cafe in the square. Overall, the location is convenient. The metro line is just two blocks away and an easy one mile walk will take you into the heart of the historic district.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave it. I loved the Air BnB concept, professionally managed so no surprises. The staff is available via chat and was super helpful when we were running late to pick up our bags from luggage storage. We will be looking to book other Numa hotels for our future travels.

Security issues at check-in (door to room was open), and there were no staff on site to address that issue. The laundry was also managed through an app, which was a bit of a headache - mostly related to internet connectivity and overseas credit card security confirmations. Still, a simple solution was found just down the street (wash club).

Was a big water leak in they gym room so it was totally shut down. Same leak affected the laundry room so I couldn't do my laundry for the first two days but they fix it later. I didn't know I had to pay for laundry

Although close to the city center, about a 15 minute walk to the main square, the walk from the main train station to the property was definitely not a pleasant experience, as the streets in that part of the city don't seem too safe. The property is located at the edge of good & bad, we felt. The room could use a bit more cleaning and especially the carpet on the floor. The furniture felt a bit old. We expected a more modern look in-person.

The lobby welcomes you with a nice scent. The room however smelled a bit of cigarettes. We liked the large and comfy bed and the high quality radio in the room. The surroundings were quiet at night, nothing disturbed us.

for 5 days of stay there was not a single cleaning included in the price, replacement of towels or removal of garbage. Poor sound insulation: only on the last night I had neighbors and I could literally hear what they were saying in my room

The location of Numa is so convenient and close to the train station, city center, and shops. The place itself is nice, clean, and tidy. It gives you a very comfortable vibe, and the rooms are very spacious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with them, and would definitely recommend it.

Since there is no regular staff, a few things require upkeep: drains, lights, etc. There was also no cleaning and replacement of teabags, water, etc for less than a week's stay, which is far below the "five-star experience" that the venue's WhatsApp bot keeps mentioning.

The building, a classic bloc, is fully renovated in- and outside. Everything works and is thoughtfully arranged for basic comfort. We especially liked the lobby/working space downstairs. My rating of the staff was hypothetical, as we didn't meet anyone and our WhatsApp messages were taken by a bot.
