Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Polandpoor sound isolation. normal talking from neighbouring room was transferred in my room. voices from people talking at the street were heard in the room. No coffee /tea facilities in the room. no table in the room. no bedside tables in the room. TV was so small like a pc monitor, no more than 19in.

United KingdomCheck in times were too late. There were bed bugs and my socket to charge my phone by my bed wasn't working. When i spoke to them, they made me buy a 2 pin plug from them and didn't compensatate for this. Also, there weren't any towels provided.

Costa RicaThe smell, privacy and the worse is, they put me in a women room so the women inside of course did not feel comfortable with a man inside. Despite the fact it was a hotel's issue. They did not refund anything to me. Certainly a left the hotel cuz didn't even feel good there myself.

United Kingdomsix beds cramped into a very small room, barely 60cm between beds, and lethal metal ladders that stick out at an angle, making the space even less - I broke my toe stubbing it into the ladder in the night.

IrelandWe did not have housekeeping in the whole stay. We book FOUR NIGHTS. just once, because we asked, and they only changed our towels. If noises bother you for sleeping, this is not a place for you. Guests do not use to be respectful. I didn´t see staff worried about that although we asked to do something. One night looked like somebody was kicking our door. but not. they were making noises in their rooms. I would not come back.

Luxembourgit's just a little noisy in the night.
It's just in the city center, and you just need 2-3 minutes walk to the Grand -Place, to the Gare Centrale. The position is really convenient for the tourist.
