The booking was for a womens dorm but they put a man in the room. When i asked reception about it they were totally unhelpful and said i needed to find the guy and tell him to go to reception to change rooms. Ended up leaving after 1 night rather than my booked 2 nights to stay at a better place where i felt safer.

Location was amazing, right in the centre of it all. The bathroom was nice.

Although I booked a whole private room , they changed my booking to a shared room when I arrived at the hostel and didn't even bother to inform me before arrival. Very irresponsible

I don't call it as a hotel, very small, no table or chairs in the room where you can put your drinks or little things in it. Less than I expected compared to the website itself. Rugs were so dirty with stains everywhere.

The Location is in the middle of the city. Restaurants and cafés are close bij, near to places of interest.

Our Bag (with Passport & clothes) was stolen from luggage room which has the lock and keys is only accessible by the management or the person who put the luggage there. Hotel Management didn't show us the video recording, apparently only owner has the access and owner is not available which seems very shaddy to us. How on earth there were running their business when owner is not there to show us the video

Reception is very narrow and staff is "emotional-less" (not that they are not friendly, you just feel like check-in with machine). So they will not tell you what facilities the hostel offered and what's nearby. (Like Brussels is famous city, you should know what you want to do. Don't ask me.) It's just a place for you to sleep, there is no common area to handout. (I had better experience with Safestay Brastilava, I believe they are under the same group!)

There was no hot water and the elevator was also broken. The heating in the room also did not work. Without the elevator, my 67 year old mom had to climb up and down 5 flights of stairs. The staff had no clue as to when these issues would be fixed. We had to take a shower in cold water in December. To compensate all this, they offered us free breakfast but it was not worth all this hassle and not at all worth the money we paid. I would definitely not recommend this place.

The bathrooms definitely left something to be desired - the doors were just big wood slabs 😂 and there were only 2 for the room, which had around 8 beds. This wasn't a problem for me but I could see it being an issue if the room was full. Some of the staff was less friendly than others. Elevator also was extremely slow and the signage in the hostel was confusing- there are 2 stairwells that don't seem to connect to each other and I got lost once lol

I always love a curtain over my bed! And there was an elevator which is always great. Bathroom connected to room instead of down the hall and is a residential-style bathroom so theres plenty of room to get dressed after a shower. The location is awesome - right in the center, minutes walk from la grand place and everything else downtown. I visited in December and it was sandwiched between no fewer than 4 Christmas markets.

You need to pay 3€/day if you want to keep your luggage in a room before checking in.

Perfect location, the room and bathroom was clean. Was not noisy because I got the room facing the interior garden, not the main street. The room was warm. There are lockers in the room, but bring your own lock

A guy was loudly talking over the phone until am and playing music. I complained to the desk administrator, but the guy refused to solve the issue. He was very dismissive and did not care at all. I am glad that I only paid for one night at this place.

Our room was a 4 person room, but was actually lofted with a room below. You could hear their comings and goings.. Lights left on late we're also easily visible and access to room below was via stairs. No one came up and we didn't go down, but not a true 4 person room.

Rooms were spacious, warm and bathroom was nicely sized. Beds were comfortable and pillows were plush.

The difference between fake empathy and right ones is that it needs some thinking; first duty of telencephalic humans believe or not.

You can hear a lot the noise from outside A room for 10 was very small You have to pay 3€ for leave the luggage before check in or after check out. Incredible! They said to keep the price competitive but I saw cheaper prices for other capital even they are more visited Wifi ok but now wow No common space, so even more with this cold, people start to talk on the phone etc in the room Warm but so so because outside were -6C

At the beginning they didn't allow us to store our stuff because there was already a "lot of people". They told us to wait until the check in time. Then on the way out we tried to use it but was charge of 3€ per bag. Per 35€ per night, you expect them to store your luggage for free at least for the first or last day. Bathrooms with no lock to close the door, no common areas and an issue with the receptionist made me think that for the price, this is the worst thing you can do when booking in Brussels.
