It was the worst experience of my life, a STRANGER OPENED MY DOOR (in my private room) at 3am and then at 5am! The hotel has an app for your keys which is clearly not secure enough as you have people BREAKING THE SECURITY! DO NOT STAY THERE! I complaint with the hotel reception and left the place straight away (even though I booked 2 nights). I still haven’t gotten a refund and don’t think they really care. Terrible experience! I also took a picture of the person that opened my door!!

The location is soooo good, super close to the Grand Place and the Delirium bar. Love the curtains on the bed, it gives you a bit of privacy!

We all had to wait ages for cheking on the top of that the guy at the reception wouldn't check me in because first I had to download and fill in necessary forms, axxx it was veryyyy long !!!haah at list I was only for one night

There was no provision of showergel, which I believe they should mention when booking. Plus the locks to the bathroom were off, that area needs a focus

The location is great, and I think they try to group female solo travelers in the same room, which is great. Very clean as well.

There is no common and wide space to meet other people, chill, make some phone calls or work on the computer. You find yourself having to sit in the staircase to make a phone call. The neighborhood is touristic so it's noisy. One receptionnist was nice (girl), the man (duty manager) was not.

The place is clean, the beds are comfy, you can close the curtains around you if you want privacy. The location is excellent.

They charge you even for the lugguage room (3 euros). Also for towels or breakfast. The inner patios of the building are just dickensian. The men at the reception are very rude, not professionals at all. I had an emergency with my mobile and one of them treated me like if I was an unknown person from the street. The wifi signal is weak, the light comes and goes at night. They use and app for not using cards or keys. When you're on the line for checking in they tell you to download it. The rooms don't even have a sad chair for sitting down, just nothing. There is no chill out area, no kitchen, no microwaves, no water for drinking but in bathrooms. Just a breakfast area with some chairs and tables, nothing else. It is clean doe to the fact that they exploit a young girl in the mornings. I don't think this is a touristic professional enterprise, it's more like a mafia ready to make easy money. 40 euros a bed of ten means 400 euros per room, and they have soo many. It was just the worst hostel I've been in my entire life. And I've been around 30 in all Europe. Go somewhere else, it can't get any worse. I booked for 3 nights and I checked out on the second. Anything but sleep one more heat wave and no fans in the rooms.

The floor is very creaky so any small movement form a person walking will be magnified into a loud sound that will wake everyone up. The bathroom did not have soap. Very unhygienic if the occupants of a dorm with many people can not clean their hands after going to the bathroom. A lot of party sounds is likely to be heard at night because of the location. I arrived late with the only intention to sleep and leave in the morning, but it was completely impossible to get any sleep at all, and my next day was ruined because of it. They do not offer or sell earplugs for a chance of sleep. They charge money to keep one piece of luggage for 1 hour. Any person will have access to that luggage by requesting the luggage key at the reception, a fee not common in other hotels does not mean a more safe storage of the luggage.

The staff was extremely rude and racist and took forever to check me in. . There should be proper classes for them to learn basic manners. . No toiletries were provided as mentioned on their website. . Even I had to buy the lock separately for the lockers. .
