the assigned beds should be made more clear. I did not realize this and it led to me having to move my things around at 1:30am when someone checked in.

The room was way too small. Two people hardly could pass each other. And it was not soundproofing at all. Could hear what people in other room is talking. Also from the street there was noise but it makes sense as the location is so central. Beds were squeaky, whenever someone moved it was very noisy. And floor also was squeaky. Generally wouldn't advise to go there without earplugs.

I stayed at shared room for 6 girls. Shower had a lot of space and place where to hang your things, and there always was hot water and very good water pressure. The shower I guess was the best part of this accomodation. Also there was light and curtains for the bed, that also was good.

There is no proper space inside the rooms to let your luggage or dress up. It's just the bunk beds and tiny spaces to walk in and out. O at least my 4 persons shared rooms.

Due to its very good location, there is noise from the out side.

the elevator was not working. We carried our luggage up to the fifth floor. Since we arrived before check-in, the employees asked for an additional fee to put our luggage.

For me it was difficult to find back to the hostel when I was out,

Peaseful Close to a station, central station. For the people who are young and can carry heavy suitcases. I had to take a taxi when leaving.

location is perfect, in the middle of everything. there can be some noise only on the weekend because it is in a very lively place. Beds have curtains so no one disturbs/sees anyone and it's nice to have private toilets and showers in the rooms only for the people in the room

The first room I was put in stank, and the bedding was dirty. I spoke with the receptionist and he put me in a very clean room. There is noise outside due to the hostel being in the city centre.

The property is in the city centre. The shower room is exceptionally clean. The second room I was put in smelt clean and had clean bedding ready to go.

Outside was noisy and even I was in 3rd floor I couldn’t sleep well because of noise . I need some towels and they couldn’t provide some. There was not some facilities like slippers.

Location is good and dorm has own bathroom which was so clean and nice. Staff was friendly. I think they had some common area but I haven’t been there and didn’t know where it is exactly. In room there is locker but you should have your own padlock otherwise there is no point of locker.

Better soundproofing - some nights were very loud. Comfier beds would be better and there was no soap in the bathrooms. Some beds were also not cleaned between people staying in them - this happened to one girl staying in my room. Also the lockers were not clean and some were slightly broken.

The location was great and staff were really friendly. Bathrooms were nicer than expected and it was nice to have privacy curtains around the beds.

stayed in a 4 bed dorm, was only female. I think it would benefit from splitting the genders for booking. no mixed dorms. very interrupted sleep from other backpackers.

Small dorm & The sound proof is poor. Some French-speaking male adult travellers wreaked absolute havoc (making noise, running in the hallway and in their room etc) after midnight, making it difficult to fall asleep. We can hear every time someone uses the shower. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands or shower

The location is great (just a stone's throw away from the Grote Markt), cozy looking entrance, clean accommodation, presence of a lift. Bunk bed with curtains for privacy and ensuite bathroom. Cool key system with app to open door. Lockers in room.
