Not much really. If I had to be petty the shampoo dispenser in the shower was turned the wrong way so you had to spray the wall in order to the shampoo out of the bottle. I suppose a hotel that price you would think that they would take more care.

We got stranded in Brussels after our delayed train and the location is the reason why we booked. Close to the station we were tired and wanted something close. The hotel is a stone throw away and clean. The pillows were not lumpy that’s always appreciated and the temperature in the room was pleasant.

There is a deposit fee charged upon check in. There was a delay to get this reverted back to my account but staff was very helpful and promptly responded to my enquiry regarding that.

The bedroom was spotless clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, amazing shower. Great soundproofing, couldn’t hear a single sound from outside even with the train station right beside it. The hotel is located right next to Midi Station, which is very handy especially if you don’t want to be walking around late at night.

The room was very beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The best thing for me is that the train station was next to the hotel and could take it easily to get to the airport in the morning.

1. Staff is a little bit rude while serving in the breakfast area on our first day.My wife was slightly nudge when getting the food since the staff was supposed to refill one of the dishes. No courtesy and no apology from the staff.. We have been in so many hotels and it was her first time to encounter such an incident. Poor customer service. 2. Was not given the exact room compared to the photos advertised at booking.com, no bath tub only shower with curtain enclosure. No sofa in front of the bed as described. We felt that the room was downgraded. 3. Deposit charge was still active after a week. Normal hotel only hold for a day or 2.

Location. Adjacent to Midi Station. Breakfast is good except for the waffles. It was soggy, we are expecting authentic Belgian waffle but was quite disappointed.

Everything was fine.

The hotel is located next to the station entrance/exit. The location is very convenient. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We were not satisfied with our room first but the reception(Abdel) helped us with room change and made sure we were satisfied with our new upgraded room. We had complimentary breakfast and it was great. That made our stay in Brussel nicer!It was our first time in Brussel and we will surely be back.

I recently had a horrible experience at the Pullman Hotel. I booked a superior king bed, specifically mentioning I was traveling with a child, but upon arrival, we were given a small double bed instead. The room was much smaller than what was advertised on Booking.com. When I asked the receptionist for assistance, she said there was nothing she could do. The bathroom was poorly designed, lacking a lock and with the toilet outside, which meant I had to wait for my husband to finish his shower just to wash my hands. It was incredibly inconvenient. Breakfast was a staggering 24 euros per person, which felt like a rip-off. I also wanted to heat some food from home, but was told I couldn’t use a microwave, which is standard in most hotels. The fridge in our room barely kept anything cold—milk we put in overnight was spoiled by morning. Additionally, the temperature control was terrible; the room was too warm, and the cooling option didn’t work. We couldn’t even open the windows, and the duvet was excessively warm. Overall, I found this hotel to be overpriced for the facilities and service offered. The staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns or try to make things right. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean well organised rooms separate loo and bathroom v good. Good supply of soap shampoo and towels easy to operate shower. Great Tv and comfortable bed. Good view over city. V handy for euro star and trains to other parts of Europe easy 15-20m walk into central Brussels.( tube team etc if preferred!)

Only the approach to the Hotel. The (broken) cigarette disposal unit looks unsightly right at the front entrance and there was rubbish and an empty bottle on the rather shabby looking planters either side. Maybe tidy this first impression area up a bit? The hotel itself and the staff are exceptional.

Super clean, quiet and lovely room design. The bar on 1st floor is really nice.

Bit old and tired. Not too clean - strong chemical smell on bed sheets, wood chips on floor, large visible chips out of the table). No space to hang multiple towels (the little hanger knobs on the wall are too small to hold big towels). Seal on the shower door not working properly. Weird angle on the toilet paper holder so the roll kept slipping off. Basically needs a refresh!

Amazing location, great staff, filling breakfast with good variety. Comfy bed.

The air conditioning in the room (944) wasn't working. Consequently it was far too hot at night making it very difficult to sleep. This was made worse because the quilts were far too thick.

The train station entrance was out if order, so we had to go around to the street entrance. If it hadn't been cold and raining, outside, it wouldn't have even been mentioned.

This was truly ideal. After several days of train travel, the location was beyond perfect. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was hot and the breakfast was beyond my imagination.

I can't think of anything that I would want them to change, everything associated with my stay there was above my expectations.

The room was quiet (as I requested) and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. I called from the Brussels-Midi station to get directions there (not having realised that they are IN the station) and they directed me really quickly, with perfect directions.
