Our suite was in a connected building so we had to take a main building elevator to second floor and walk to the different elevator that would get us to our floor but it wasn't too much of a hassle. The only thing that bothered us a little bit was a mirror that wasn't full-length so it was difficult to properly check our outfits as we were leaving for an event but many people wouldn't care as much I think :)

Exceptional location and extremely helpful staff, several supermarkets nearby and overall the hotel is close to the main shopping area and subway, minutes away from Central Train Station. Beds were comfy and suite was modern with big wardrobe and nice supply of kitchen essentials. Shower was clean and spacious, hairdryer was also provided. Also there were personal lockers where we could leave our luggage after check-out which was very helpful!

Excellent facilities - the apartment was clean, modern, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. Great sound insulation - no noise despite being on a main road. The luggage lockers were also very handy.

The location of this hotel was its downside. Given that Antwerp doesn’t have public transport in r to be city center, it made it a long treck back to our hotel.

Great space for a whole family. Room had everything that we needed. Very spacious.

The model of the building is that you can’t open the window completely to have fresh air. The window is opened only outwards. So it got very warm in the room, and we used air conditioning, luckily the room had it, though it wasn’t summer.

1. Clean 2. There is everything you need in a room, even air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. We were in 45 sq meters room. 3. Convenient to go to old town city center through shopping street (though a bit crowded) and to central railroad station (10 min), Lidl supermarket is very close to buy food. 4. Excellent restaurants and bakeries with traditional Jewish kitchen are not very far. We tried Hoffy’s restaurant take-out, Confetti italian kosher restaurant, Heimisch Gebak bvba bakery (everything is about 10 minutes walk) and Kleinblatt bakery (20 minutes walk).

Excellent, attentive staff. The apartment was well equipped, clean, very up to date and well stocked. The building is near a grocery store, near the major sites and restaurants. Excellent safe bicycle storage.

Our apartment was at the 6th floor we needed to change elevator and between the change its kind of taking time as we have a toddler stroller and there is a handicap elevator in between which really takes long time to use as its slow so for someone who is in a hurry we didn’t like that other wise this point we loved our stay

The apartment was spacious, clean, and boasted a fantastic panoramic balcony overlooking the wide street and beyond. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very thoughtful in helping us with the easiest, most practical solutions when we decided to extend our stay by a day.
