Pillows too bouncy, noise from air con or plumbing during the night. Buses run their engines outside the hotel, which would be noisy during the summer when you'd want windows open. Coffee pod machine in the kitchen is a waste of time - tasteless coffee.

Very spacious, modern, tastefully decorated studio apartment. Nice and clean. We were on the fourth floor with a pleasant view out over the old town. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great to have kitchen facilities. Good TV with local channels. Excellent mattress and sheets. Good shower. Very handy for the 20-minute stroll into the historic centre. Jumbo City close by good for buying breakfast items (but all grocery shops and supermarkets seem to close by 8pm).

There are a few small things that could add to ones stay. If one is cooking one needs a grater - trying to make shavings of parmesan cheese for pasta is suboptimal. Also a couple of small bowls would be useful for yoghurt etc.

The apartment is excellent. It is very well fitted out. The location is very close to the Central Station and the Antwerp centre.Staff are super helpful.

We would have liked more information on where certain items were located in our room, such as cleaning goods and dish soap. Brief instructions on how to use the washing machine and the "Clax Tabs" would have also been helpful.

The location was great - right near the train station! There were nice supermarkets in the neighborhood, so we enjoyed buying food there and cooking in our kitchen. Our room was quiet, cozy, and clean. We were also given a card and snacks on Christmas day. That was a very sweet gesture!

We were looking for a apart hotel that could offer kitchen facilities to help with our baby care. This property had a great location and we were impressed with the room facilities. The apartment is modern and with a full kitchen (even including cleaning tools and soap). We had a great stay and super recommend it.

Not something really big; we had a real noisy closet, the sliding doors were sliding against eachother, which was a chicken pocks giving sound ;) but not a big thing. And the drain in the shower wasn’t running very fast, but these 2 things only made a 9/10 instead of 10/10 for this stay.

Perfect location, the apartment was really nice and looked really new/fresh/modern. Fully equipped, nice design, very spacious (we were with 4), and just really nice. 😊

There are none, honestly. There are only 2 minor things for us + the apartment is located in the adjacent building, so the way from the reception to the apartment takes several minutes to complete with 2 elevators (you walk through the corridors inside the buildings) + there were too many useless messages from YAYS in booking app

This is one of the greatest apartments we stayed in during our vacations. The great things are: + the apartment is big, you do not feel restricted in the room where most of the place is occupied by the bed + the apartment was clean as well + the bed is large and comfortable + the soundproofing is great as well - there was no noise coming from other rooms or from the streets + the kitchen is well-equipped, enough to prepare simple meals - everything we needed during our stay in the city + the location is awesome - it is very close to the central railway station, city center; Lidl is very close as well - 2 min walk

The room was lovely, quite spacious, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, and really quiet considering how close we were to a busy road. Great location, walkable to Groote Markt. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy and fast check in and out.

It would have been useful to have been given a few more coffee pods for the machine in the room, given the length of our booking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Antwerp. The apartment was immaculate and very well equipped with everything that we needed for a week's stay. The location is fantastic, within 5 minutes walk of the central train station and 10-15 minutes from the historic centre of the city. There are supermarkets nearby. We also really liked the left luggage system, with lockers in which to leave our bags to collect later. This felt secure and straightforward. We look forward to returning again!

- My room was tucked away in the rear building and received very little natural light, and not just because of the time of year and almost completely dreary weather. My view was of a kind of no-man's land in between the buildings. - Occasionally I would hear the muffled noises of guests in one of the nearby rooms coming through the A/C ventilation pipes. It was a kind of echoing noise given it was coming through those pipes. I personally found this annoying, but most people will probably not be too disturbed by it. If you put the TV on it was enough to drown out the noise.

- You cannot get a better location right downtown near to Meir, Opera station, UGC cinemas, all the shops and restaurants and only 5 or so mins walk to Antwerpen Centraal. There is also a Lidl basically next door. - Good-sized apartment with most of the facilities you need including a washer/dryer in its own room. - Bed and pillows are very comfy. - Lots of nice photos of Antwerp scenes on the walls to give it a distinct local feel. - Front desk and cleaning staff were always helpful and friendly. - The TV has a huge range of channels. - Bathroom is a great size and they give you plenty of towels. I loved the heated towel rack. - I loved the little motion-activated lights in the bedroom wardrobe. - Generally very quiet for most of my stay.

Great place to stay, exactly as in photos. Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but would have stayed many more days without doubt if we had had time. We arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time and hour room was not ready, but they have a very good space to leave the luggage with individual lockets and a guests' toilet, both really appreciated.
