Rooms were spacious with the whole range of furniture, appliances and utensils that you might want for self catering. We were really impressed.

I would rate it 9.5 stars just because of the lack of vents/fans in bathroom and toilet. It is also preferable to have another entrance, because the main one is pretty far from the second building.

It is how every modern apartment/apart-hotel should look like. Everything you need inside. Friendly staff. A lobby where you can leave your luggage for a few hours after check-out.

I was given a free upgrade because the standard room has come problems. So super surprised! The 4 room studio was really big and the room was super clean! The bedroom was very comfortable and the washing machine was very handy. The location was great, close to the train station so it was easy to go to other towns and back.

The two in one washer/dryer is not real efficient at drying clothes. But this was a minor thing. The addition of a clothes airer would have been great.

This apartment was in a great location in the centre of the city and walking distance to everything. Parking is available in the building which is great is you have a rental car. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space.

Tap in bathroon didnt work but staff were very responsive. Would have liked blackout curtains to help our child sleep (only in issue in late Spring/summer - we had stayed previously in January) - but to be fair it was not advertised as having blackout curtains!

my apartment was on the other side, so I need to walk along through the hall and need to take luggages through some stairs. also the price for small water is very expensive compare to the super markets

I took a room with breakfast in order to save time on cooking and focus on sightseeing. In fact, there was no dining room in this hotel, and I had to pick up breakfast at the reception (and my room was in another building), pick up the ingredients and make sandwiches myself.

Excellent location of the hotel, cozy and clean room, which has almost everything, including a kitchen with all necessary things. There was even a safe, but I had to look for it in my room: it was in the kitchen furniture :) Comfortable bed. Free coffee machine at the reception. Polite and friendly staff, thanks!

The room wasn't hugely spacious – the sleeping area was only a few feet wider than the bed – so a family with older kids or lots of luggage (buggies etc) may struggle a little. Only a few glasses and plates provided – could probably have got more if needed as staff very attentive and helpful.

This is a new apart-hotel located a short walk from the train station and so all the facilities and decor are modern and pristine. The apartment had a separate sleeping area with a double bed which could be closed off from the rest of the open-plan living area and a surprisingly comfortable sofa-bed which was very easy to open and close as needed. The apartment was well equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Staff on the front reception desk were super friendly and helpful – even though we arrived early, there was no issue and when checking out, there was a secure luggage area (with coded lockers) where we were able to leave our bags safely. The hotel is right on the main road but was really quiet – the traffic is mainly underground when passing the hotel and the only noise is from pedestrians and trams. There are loads of good places to eat nearby, a big Jumbo supermarket over the road and its only a short walk to the main shopping street. A great location for exploring all the various areas of Antwerp.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything functioned as it should and we were even able to check out an hour later free of charge, which was superb.

A very warm and “home” kind of feel. The location is less than a 1 minute walk away from the city center & thus giving you access to food establishments and proper shops for clothing shopping, etc..

This newish aparthotel bang in the centre of Antwerp should be a masterclass in how to run a place like this. Online check-in. Warm welcome with keys and guidance in QR codes. Really spacious room (I had a studio) with a fully functioning kitchen area and super comfy bed and seating area. Loads of wardrobe space and a proper shower and decent smellies. Strong eco vibe without being preachy.

We had a crib/cot for our baby in our bedroom. Unfortunately we barely had any space left to get into our bed after that, plus the curtains were not fully blinding so our baby had trouble falling asleep and was waking up very early because of the sunlight. About the dishwasher and washing machine, it would be good if there were manuals for this or at least a simple instruction to turn them on and run the basic programs. I was kindly helped through WhatsApp by one of the staff members, so eventually I got it working. The pillows were quite thick and hard, we couldn't sleep on them and had to take smaller pillows from the couch.

The apartment was clean and has facilities like a washing machine (+ dryer functionality), a dishwasher and a oven/microwave. The hotel is located at a nice area with shops within walking distance. Also there is a parking garage available (additional charge).

I have a small issue with my shoulder, so the next time I'll bring my own pillow instead of the standard ones.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was large with plenty of light. Everything is thought after, from the online checkin/checkout to a laundry room. It was very handy to have a locker even after checking out. The staff is very welcoming. The location is just great!

the fire alarm kept flashing a lot in the night, and since it is placed directly above the bed it was hard to sleep with the light. i would advise taking an eye mask or something if you are a light sleeper. this was very visible when it was dark in the room and not something that could be changed. we didn’t find the couch very comfortable.

The bedroom is a bit small but the beds were comfortable. Also our apartment was in the Quellin building for which we needed to take two separate lifts. Bit tricky with two strollers and luggage but manageable in the end. Rest was all good.

Apartments are comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Nice modern place to stay. Also the location is very good and easy to reach by car. Staff also friendly and helpful. Things were well organized too by Yays, such as check-in and leaving the car in the garage till 3pm after checkout was also much appreciated.

Near train station, near supermarket, near attraction Room is big and come with cooking utensils, Fridge, washing machine. Room already provide coffee machine, yet in the lobby have a full size coffee machine, you can grab one before you are out or when you are back for FREE. Lobby also have a Fridge with Cold Drink and beer at a small fee
