I was quite disappointed with the breakfast selection and the quality of the food. The fruit was rotten, the bread was stale, and the food wasn't fresh at all. The only decent option was the eggs, but there were not enough of them for all the guests in the restaurant. Despite staying for five nights, the hotel didn't replenish the toiletries in the room. We received one small bottle of shower gel for two people. I believe they should improve these aspects.

The hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Towels are replaced daily, which is a nice touch. The pool is lovely, with very pleasant temperatures, and the sauna and Turkish bath are decent as well. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for affordable accommodation with a spa center.

The breakfast wasn't something special. Just some basic options. If you miss it you wouldn't regret it

We enjoyed our staying at Trinity. The price was fair. The rooms were spacious including all the essential amenities. The staff was kind and helpful. The room at the entrance where we could store the ski equipment, the free shuttle bus to gondola, the pool and the spa are great facilities for the skiers. I'd choose it again for a ski trip.

Beds , pillows just awful . Breakfast could be better , all the time same. Bathroom was dirty , but after first cleaning it was fixed .

Location was perfect , around hotel millions of good local restaurants , old city . Rooms are warm , swimming pool is perfect ! Not so far from gondola , transfer ! The mountains view also amazing!

Furniture and everything might look a bit old, not quite a problem, but it's visible. Indoor Parking lane is quite tight, could be a problem if you have a SUV with a ski rack. I went through.. on the edge with some emotions.

Room size. Overall, the facilities. The view from the balcony. The pool is indeed BIG, water is warm and cristal clear. The staff is always smiling and willing to help in any matter. Very nice.

There were some parts of the spa that did not work and the hot tub needs repairing.

The room was very clean, the staff were really nice, the location is excellent, I liked the food very much. It was quiet and peacefull even though it is in the centre.

Little colder for 1 to 2 degrees arethe hotel and and rooms in comparation with other hotels, Spa big pool is very deep 220cm, no mineral water in spa but that is normal for all Bansko hotels.

The hotel is situated right next to the main town promenade which makes a perfect choice if you are not skiing, although there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to gondola. Spa center is great, offering all the facilities. Big pool, steam bath, sauna. The breakfast and dinner were fair and buffet was plentiful enough for all tastes.

The rooms are big and warm. They have a free shuttle to and from the ski gondola. They have a big pool, a small pool for children, a jacuzzi, saunas and posibility to get a massage extra cost. They have ski storage. They have private parking, including underground parking.
