While my stay at Onyx was overall pleasant, one thing that could be improved is the layout of the elevator area. The guest elevator was located right next to the service elevator, which often made the area busy with luggage and service staff. This created some congestion and waiting time for guests. Improving the flow in this area would enhance the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Onyx! The property exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met.

when someone is using the bathroom, the sound is coming from the bathroom loudly so it's disturbing

Rooms were extremely extremely cold.. we had to do double blankets .. my daughter got sick because of that .. some serious attention need ro take place for the glazing as its single layer only!!. It was freezing despite ACs were switched off.

Very excellent modern facilities. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely& absolutely recommend. Staff are very attentive, and highly motivated. Nice food, very high standard. Very gorgeous looking gym area, and extremely stunning pool area as well. Really appreciate the attentiveness to providing very superb & excellent facilities. Really looking forward to coming back!

I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by Raymond. His cheerful demeanor and outstanding professionalism truly make me want to return to the hotel because of him. Additionally, the reception experience with Faheem was exceptional, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lastly, I would like to thank the operations team for ensuring a seamless stay. When I faced an issue with the central air conditioning in the room, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. A truly wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back soon!

All was perfect except the Spa was not yet opened due to newly opening of the hotel, which i totally understand. The AC was not very cold. The curtains were not blacked out (the room was soo bright from 6am) :) The room service menu to be enhanced as there was no variety in the selection.

We could hear the water drain in the plumbing from inside the wall several times in our short stay.

I asked one guy in the reception by phone to extend my stay for one hour only & he refused. He said it's a busy day while it was not! It was Tuesday, no vacation, no holiday & no events! I felt stupid asking him 👎

Luxurious stay, beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, best location & amazing view. The ladies in the reception "Alyssa & Karla" were so helpful during the check in/out procedure. They were friendly & made us feel at home & the made sure our stay is exeptional ❤️

Need to improve the voice isolation for more privacy especially for the one bedroom apartment.

It was a very pleasant and peaceful experience the hotel atmosphere was wonderful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and wide, the Hotel facilities were very nice the pool and everything. Breakfast was nice and the food was great and varied. the staff were friendly and welcoming special thanks for Taher he was very friendly and cooperative and special thanks to Bader the concierge he was very nice and welcoming.
