From the excellent cooperation of the staff to the clean and well-maintained rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Ajay & Raj in the restaurant for their warm and personalized service. A few areas could be improved: • To support sustainability and reduce carbon footprint, toiletries could be provided in refillable bottles, similar to eco-friendly practices in chain hotels like Hilton. • The door timer could be extended to 1 minute after removing the smart card from the slot, as the lights currently turn off immediately. • Water bottles could be provided in 2-litre sizes to reduce plastic waste. • The room’s damp smell could be addressed with a dehumidifier or better ventilation. • Cutlery could be stored outside the cupboard to maintain a fresh smell. • Small biscuit packets with tea and coffee would be a nice addition. It was a perfect accommodation for a weekend trip. Staffs are friendly and hospitality is to the expectation. Gym equipment are well maintained and in excellent conditions. The pool on top level has the perfect temperature even in cold season. Location is a plus point since it is easily navigated from the main road and convenient to drive to almost all of current major go-to places such as Al Juffair, Exhibition Road, Marassi Mall through the newly opened Bypass Ring road or The Avenue just at the opposite side of the highway. A special thank you to Muhammad Ali for helping me out throughout my stay. Even though I had stayed here for few years now, it is Definitely my go to stay during the weekend again whnever I have the chance.

IrelandThe property was absolutely unbelievable, we booked the premium room and got upgraded to a luxury suite which was huge and lavish. The staff were amazing, very helpful and very friendly. We had put in a few requests for room service - food and drink and all was lovely and the staff were quick to help us. The waiter at the steak restaurant was really friendly and nice, he encouraged us to come out for breakfast to enjoy the wonderful view instead of the room service and it was so so worth it. The food was fantastic we had both dinner at the hotel and the breakfast, the food quality was definitely high. This brief visit was part of our honeymoon travels and honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

QatarCarpets could be replaced, and travelers who are sensitive to cigarette smoke may be bothered by the cigar lounge smell and the fact that you can smoke in the bar on the top floor. However, the trade off of no kids underfoot makes any cigarette smoke worth it!
The staff was a highlight. So helpful and kind! They bent over backwards to make my stay as comfortable as possible! Food was phenomenal. Spa experience and pool were lovely.
