- A small improvement could be made to the in-room catering service. On the first night the person who answered the phone hardly spoke any English and could not take our order down correctly despite repeating it many times. This was swiftly rectified by the kitchen calling us and double-checking our order. It was delivered on-time, hot and delicious. On the second night we didn't get any ketchup or dip for our wedges, which would have been appreciated.

I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays by far and I will be back soon for more. - Special mention goes to James at Reception who was outstanding! He talked me into an amazing upgrade which gave us two ceiling-to-floor glass walls wrapped around our suite on the 30th floor. - When I had to head to the airport to pick up my partner, he suggested the hotel's lovely BMW which made the experience really special and was cheaper than a taxi. Win-win. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always smiling. - Wonderfully attentive staff throughout, nothing was too much trouble, no matter how small. - Fabulous suite on the 30th floor, beautiful dressing area, incredibly comfortable, huge bed and large bathroom. Super quiet as only 3 suites on each side of the elevators and thick carpeting everywhere. - The TV can disappear into the desk, giving outstanding views over Bahrain from the bed. - Breakfast was delicious and the views from the 32nd floor were stunning. - Although the pool is rather small, it is an infinity pool with great top-floor views over Bahrain. We had the pool to ourselves for about 90 minutes on Friday afternoon, which was great. Free water and fruit are available. - The souq, some malls and restaurants are within walking distance (better in winter). - Reception has a free phone charger if you forget yours (guilty).

Need better quality toilet paper. Need to clean the carpet in the rooms.

The luxury suite is great especially with the spa tub. Tanseem at the desk was fabulous. Breakfast buffet is great. Massage service.

The bathroom lacks a facial mirror watch was very annoying to wear makeup. The spa and pool were separated in two different floors was uncomfortable.

Room beginning to show some wear and tear. Certainly not an issue in the stay. But, tiny blemishes stand out to this obsessive/compulsive.

I loved this hotel. Really was a complete joy from friendly and generous staff to large, unique rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Breakfast choices of Arabic food was limited. 36th floor pool was enclosed with limited views.

We got upgraded to a small suite which was very nice. Excellent views of the city from our rooms and elsewhere. Very central for exploring Manama and Muharraq. Great restaurant and Bar on the 34th and 36th floor. Excellent pastries and fruit for breakfast

The pool at the top floor is nice but there was no shower nor anyone from the staff.

Great view from the room was breathtaking and huge space in the bathroom for the suite makes you wnna sleep in if 😅.

I'll start by saying the check in experience with James was outstanding. He asked me if I'd like to share any additional room prefrences that I might want to accommodate. It is a credit to the hotel that they serve their Breakfast until noon, and since I have my room with Breakfast, it was served at the "Le Sauvage" Restaurant with an astonishing view of the Diplomatic Area, Manama, and the Sea. Great service of the restaurant staff, espicially, Mr. Ajah and his colleague, the Afrikan lady that I forgot her name, with their kindness and the ability to satisfy their guests

Great stay. Location was perfect. Short taxi ride to restaurants and lounges. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, from the valet and reception team to the spa and breakfast staff. Thank you!

We were lucky enough to get a room on the 33rd floor which provided amazing views of the city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good and also had great views, very affordable. The Steak house was good with a wonderful atmosphere, but quite spendy overall. All of the staff was amazing from check in, housekeeping, all of the restaurant and bar staff, and the bell hops and valet. We look forward to coming back.

Smiling and welcoming reception staff. The room service for ordering food is fast, the employee is respectful, and the hospitality is great. The view of the room and bathroom is very beautiful.
