How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Incredible view and such amazing hospitality. From start to finish everything about this property exceeded my expectations. The staff are amazing and everyone was so nice, collaborative, and super helpful. Finally, they extended the checkout timing for me till 2 pm, although, the hotel rooms were fully booked.

I rarely give reviews , especially good ones but the hotel is as shown in its modern design and beautiful room yet the best part of the stay was how Layan Tellawy had a beautiful vibe and attitude that gives an amazing first impression.. so when the people behind the brand put effort in their energy not just smile the stay becomes extraordinary. i would stay again here for sure .

Perfect as always, my stay has been great and wonderful. The domain staff and facilities are amazing. I do appreciate all the services provided to me. I was upgraded from executive to deluxe executive, that was just the beginning. One thing i am sure about is that i am definitely coming back.

Pillows were too soft but were replaced once requested
First of all, the warm hospitality and welcoming I had from James at the reception desk was amazing. James truely suffied my request when I asked to have a look at the hotel rooms and which one that fits me the better. Yet, I had a short stay of two nights but James made the experience much better by making sure the stay comforts my needs. In the other hand, I had the same satisfaction in checkout. Mujtaba was so helpful in accepting my request, offcourse upon the hotel's availability, for a late checkout, he even went back to his Manager and extended the late checkout we agreed on. The guest well being and comfort did not stop here, I also had a phone call right after my cehckout from Najwa, Customer Sales, getting my feedback of my short stay

Everything was just perfect!
What a wonderful stay we had! … Honestly, one of my perfect stays at a hotel. Starting with the Staff, so welcoming staff, smiling all the time, heartily smiles, and welling to make me relaxed and happy. I have been upgraded to a suite. It is an amazing suite with so comfortable facilities inside the room, the beds, sofas, TV, specious bath and shower .. really, it is the enjoyment and relaxing moments. I really would like to thanks every individual whom I met, or not met as well, since it is clear that it is the habit and cultures of the hotel staff that is reflect the family working environment. Thanks Mr. Mujtaba and rest of the team (which I’m not able to remember their names one by one)

All is more than Perfect!!!
Everything get best notes - everybody was pleasant helpful. The view was amazing. Infinity Pool on the top on the 36. floor perfect The kitchen should get a Michelin star! Breakfast and dinner are so delicious in a breathtaking brilliant atmosphere on 34. Floor - every detail is perfect and nice arranged. Everyone of the staff is so nice - Yusuf, Agnes and everybody makes a perfect job! . Dinner with live piano player. Bar on 36. Floor with drinks from all over the world. On of the best hotels I have ever had in the last 20 years - and I was in more than 200!!! Tea an coffee and much bottled water on the big exclusive appartments so nice

The bathroom door was a glass slide so the privacy is limited which was a bit odd
The decor was amazing and all the staff were so friendly and helpful! Valet included in the booking and our car was ready for us everytime we came downstairs. Breakfast was good. The bed was like a cloud, such a comfortable sleep! Very good stay
