I was given a room(by Flavio) on the first floor that did not match what I had booked. All night, there was a noise coming from the air conditioning, even though it was turned off. On the second night, I requested another room, and I was given one that actually matched my reservation. Due to the room change, I forgot a phone charger in the first room, and it was never found!?

Charged 3-4 times higher than normal due to the carnival. But service does not match the increased price! For example: some room light is dead and some are flashing all times! Mentioned to service staff on check in day but never changed during our 3 nights stay!

Room was large enough and had an area for a table and chairs or a couch but had neither, just a single chair. So nowhere to sit and relax after a day out other than lie on the bed. No facility for making tea or coffee.

Good location with typical Brazilian style buffet breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom. Price included access to fully equipped gym across the road.

Although spacious, the rooms lacked character and seemed a little dated, though better than the Regina Hotel in the street parallel to this one. The air conditioner was old, requiring manual settings and did not work efficiently. Although there was quite a lot of variety for breakfast, i found it disappointing in terms of the quality. All the fruit juices tasted watered down. The breakfast at the Regina Hotel was excellent in comparison.

The room booked was very spacious, including a large whirlpool bath, large shower room and toilet and lobby! Large Caletta TV. Good left luggage facilities. Close to Flamengo Beach and Caletta for wide variety of restaurants.

There was only a fan always on and it was a bit noisy, but we could sleep anyway. On the last day the bed sheets and towels were not changed, but one member of staff came in the late evening asking if we needed some.

Everything was good, room, staff, breakfast and the hotel itself. Also the location was not bad.

the room was very hot when i got in which is never very pleasant, but a/c was effective! however there were many mosquitoes in the room as windows were left open and i found that very unpleasant! also globo channel was down ( all others channels were working) so i missed the opening ceremony of the olympics! 😩that was annoying… it was down for the entire hotel and nobody could do anything about it; the rest was good, breakfast excellent and very nice location; rooms are comfortable.

I liked the cleanliness, neatness, breakfast was always delicious many fruits & local delicacies. Me & my family loved. The hotel location was very close to the beach, shops & subway station. It was a very safe location. Staff were very friendly & super smiling & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to Freinds. Thank you.

Its a little gem. It is right next to nice Flamengo beach in the Guanabara Bay. Very well connected to the beaches on one side and all the big city attractions on the other. The staff are really the brightest spot for this hotel.

Great to find a place where a family of 5 can sleep together (kids are too young). Parking onsite. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Very complete with plenty of options.

I found all at the level of my satisfaction,,, room, bed, comfort etc OK Breackfast was also very good, however, I think that a small effort should be done in term;s of diversification Exemplo: The entire week scrambled eggs and sausages were served. Introducing fried egs and tomato, some beens would be acceptable, as well as mashroom if possible

Excellent location close to the metro and praia Flamengo and shops, restaurant and bakery. Good breakfast with ample choice and fresh produce, good room size very clean.
