A/C needed an upgrade. Repair was needed and you responded quickly and remedied the issue.

Location to the beach, to Tippy's and to the grocery store were ideal. It was quiet and mornings on the deck were relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped with new pots, pans, dish ware. Bed was perfect and the bathroom well equipped and comfortable. Pool was wonderful and when a couple of leaves flew into it, the staff was on it faster than I would have if it was my own pool. Fantastic! We don't go back to places twice, but we will this time and will return to Pineapple Fields.

Our first visit to Eleuthera was only made better by the beautiful accommodations at Pineapple Fields. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were clean and neat. After long days on the beach or driving around the island, it was wonderful to come “home” to this perfect place.

The only downside was that the ceiling/floor is poorly insulated and we could hear every step from our neighbors, which woke us up twice.

Best location. Right in front of a world-class beach and Tippy’s. Potlatch Club and Levy’s Reserve close by. Short drive to Governor’s Harbor. Beautiful botanical garden with pool area. Big & well furnished apartments with nice deck. Overall relaxing vibe.

I inadvertently left some drops of blood on my pillow and sheet on the first night The pillow was changed but the same blood spots were on the sheet when we left 9 days later We had the same pool towels for 9 days

Our experience with the accommodation in the Bahamas was absolutely exceptional! The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the turquoise sea, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can only give it a 10/10

The only issue was the sleeper sofa. Ours was really uncomfortable and at the minimum needed the thin mattress which felt like sleeping on metal rods replaced. We were offered an air mattress, which was a relief.

The apartments in the houses are charming, nicely appointed and clean. The location is superb, only a a short walk from a very beautiful beach. There is little beach restaurant at the beach within walking distance.

The road to the property was not good. The floors didn’t seem well insulated and we were hearing the guests on the second floor all the time.

Wifi was poor. Floors could have been cleaner. Also, I don't like the stone and grass pathways as it is difficult to roll luggage. Bathtub could use a handrail.

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable, home away from home. This was a second stay.

Cleaning service was a little light but acceptable. Daily service was minimal cleaning, per plan, with a full cleaning every third day. We had to remind them to do the full day cleaning after our third night but when we called the front desk they made sure it happened.

Proximity to the beach, size of the unit, two porches. Unit comes with beach chairs that you can use while you're there to take to the different beaches and that was very helpful. Beach across from the hotel is gorgeous and steps from your door. Fun and lively restaurant across the street as well, Tippys.

No breakfast included but no matter. The resort is beautiful and the location by Tippys beach was exceptional!! We had a problem with tub drainage and the staff was on it and fixed it in 15 minutes of reporting. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Several solar lights along the path were not working…made it difficult walking the paths in the dark. No kleenex for three days…grrr. I think they should have a tourist map of places to go, see, offered when you check in.

Access to beach and Tippys. Condo had everything we needed. Pleasant staff. Clean pool. Loved the decks on both sides of the condo. Loved beach chairs and umbrella in our room. Loved the decor, so pretty.

As a first-time visitor to Eleuthera, the power outages were a bit frustrating, but we realize they are part of life on the island.
