Very big rooms with smart TV. Breakfast was nice, every day a bit different. They organised for us a very good trip to see Victoria Falls.

Very welcoming and helpful owner and staff. The location is great for exploring the many attractions of the area and the fact that most everything can be booked through the hotel makes it even better, despite some inconsistencies in the activity prices forwarded to us prior to our arrival and the amounts ultimately charged by the providers. The chalets are spacious and comfortable with a separate bedroom, bathroom and living area, plus a little patio. Breakfast is decent and upon request can be prepared to go if an early start is required.

Beautiful property, the rooms are enormous, excellent service. They prepared a delicious local vegan dinner for us 🤤. I love that it's a female-owned and black-owned business. More business like this should be supported.

We had booked two rooms, but because of renovations in the hotel complex, they upgraded us to occupy an entire 5-bedroom house ("The Residence", actually a different property next door, under the same management). Very spacious, with a huge balcony with a bit of a view of the Chobe River. Every morning, they brought breakfast up to the balcony for us! They also served us dinner (which we only had once at the property) in the dining room in "our" house. Activities (boat cruise, trip to Victoria Falls, game drive) were organized very diligently, at a very reasonable price.

Very beautiful guest house in Kazungula/Kasane. We booked a lot of activities with the structure at good prices (6h safari and boat safari, pick up at the structure). The room was very large, likes a suite! There Is a wonderful garden to relax. Boa was a very helpful host; She can arrange also short transfer to Kasane for lunch or other needs. For breakfast you have yogurth with fruit or muesli; in addition there Is a hot meal with bacon, eggs, toast...for dinner you can choose among 7/8 choises. Moreover Very good price!

No food on premises, the bar is to far from the restaurant, not enough parking, windows were left open during the day and I suffered with mosquitoes all night.

I was told by Booking.com that a transfer to the airport was included in the room price. However, this was not understood by the staff, so the driver had to take me to an ATM to get the cash to pay him for the ride. This was a little embarrasing and caused a little delay. Booking.com maybe should make it clear to the hotel staff what they have told the customer is included in the price.

For a very reasonable price, I had a suite of rooms larger than my apartment back home! All facilities were in good working order. Tea and coffee making facilities provided as well as complimentary bottles of mineral water. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has extensive gardens attracting many birds. The staff, especially Ms Lelantle, and the cook [whose name I don't remember] were friendly and helpful.

There are few suggestions which the hotel can consider: 1. there is no telephone in the room and the staffs wont be around during the night time. So incase of any emergency its difficult to contact anyone 2. We couldnt find reception/office at the lodge. 3.Everytime we need the assistance we have to go and see the chef who will be there till 8pm. 4. There are no enough lightings for the lawn. On the first night there were lanterns kept in few places and rest of the nights the whole area was too dark.

We really enjoyed the stay at sunbirds and will recommend to others. The staffs are providing good service to the guests. The garden/lawn pool etc are well maintained

A little remote! The hotel is about 10km from the centre of Kasane - a taxi ride away. However, there are are some closer shops which are a 10-15 minute walk away.

The parking place was a bit far from the room we occupied and the parking lot was inadequate.

Cockroaches Very limited breakfast, which wasn’t satisfying - I left hungry No staff after 5pm at the premises; only a security guard. Additionally no number is given for emergencies (no phones in the rooms) There seemed to have been confusion over the fee chargeable, which led to delays over our checking in as the owner had to be called for confirmation No proper kitchen in the rooms (i get the sense that these are meant to be self catering)

i was the only guest at the time and that felt a bit weird no tv in the room, only a screen, so I missed two matches of the world cup ;)

Excellent stay, nice well-maintained property with two swimming pools, 20 mins walk from the shopping centre (with pizzeria, supermarkets, atms etc). when I indicated I needed to do a work-related video call and needed good wifi, they put the router in my room, which I highly appreciated. excellent breakfast as well nice hot shower

The interior of the rooms is not the most modern but everything was clean and considering the prices in the area it was a good value for the money.

The owner was most helpful and friendly, easy to talk to and has a wonderful laugh. The garden and seating area are beautiful and the food was delicious and even a vegetarian option was prepared for us.
