We have been coming here for years now, and the front desk staff greets you with a smile! Fast, easy check-in. Rooms are very clean and spacious, with large bathrooms(toiletries included). Views of the water and garden are beautiful. Safe and secure property has the friendliest night watchman!Restaurant on site provides a wide variety of good meals served by a friendly staff! Room service also makes the Sunshine View Hotel and Restaurant an overall EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

The beach area isn’t looked after well. Needs to be worked up so you get the feeling of being at a beach. The water front needs to be cleaned of garbage.

The site is well guarded so you feel safe. The restaurant is open early so if you want something it is there.

Comfortable clean rooms, clean pool, good food, and over all a nice place to say. We were in the front building which has a nice view. I would note that the back buildings face a large pile of equipment and garbage. I would have been unhappy if we were looking at this - see the 4th photo

The beds were hard and uncomfortable

Beautiful setting and quiet. Easy to get around to town, parks, etc. The restaurant was decent. I would come back here

The rooms are very dark inside, especially the bathroom. The lighting in the bedroom was not good. Had to put makeup on and dry hair in the main room. The main room was a good size but unless you had the 1 big bright light on, the other lights did not provide a lot of light. During the day if you had the curtains open it gave some better light. The beds were not very comfortable, there was no frig or coffee pot and if your on the 2nd floor, they ask you not to flush the toilet paper but instead, put it in a trash can next to the toilet. I’m sure there is a reason, but not good.

The location was great…the amenities such as pool, restaurant were nice and comfortable. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

The garden paths to the rooms were dark. I could see some broken solar panels. A few more decorative lights would be nice. There is no beach as this property.

Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic. We enjoyed the fresh fruit. We enjoyed the free morning coffee. The pool was clean with a lot of places to sit around it. The location is good with two other restaurants close by.

Sewer smell that wouldnt go away in room, stairways going up were narrow and hard to haul large luggage up, ants occasionally.

Good restaraunt and helpful staff, rooms clean and AC worked well.

Has a strangely run down feel. The rooms feel utilitarian, although they are very large. The bathroom especially felt grim. Attempts have been made to cheer things up with Woolworths style art work, and the bed linens, towels etc are very nice. The tap card key for our room only worked once, meaning a trip to the front desk every time. No coffee making facilities in the room. Scruffy and shabby outside. This is definitely not a five star hotel!

Sea front location, nice pool, comfortable beds, very hot water, good restaurant. TV had Netflix, YouTube, prime etc. We had one of the best Chinese meals we've had in 20 years living in Belize. Free coffee in the restaurant from 5am. Staff were very pleasant. Comforters on the beds.

The small bugs that entered the room were annoying.They were flying around our bed. The Wi-Fi was not consistent and we couldn’t steam certain apps.

The staff were extremely nice! The security, Arnold was extremely helpful and polite! The food was excellent and a reasonable price!

The road into the property and no children's menu. The light outside my door was never turned on, so it was so dark and dangerous going down the stairs.

The location was close to Corozal Town. Even though it's a short drive from the main road, the initial road that gets you there could be better improved. Too many pot holes. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food at the restaurant was great and the portions were big and the price was great. Although my bed was comfortable, the rest of the families were not. Still, for the 3 night stay, I think it was worth it.

The AC didn't work as well because there were openings on the door. You could feel the hot air come in. But that still was not a deal breaker for us. The location and view itself was amazing.

Breakfast is amazing and very reasonably priced. All their food is pretty good. They have really good natural fruit juices, and one of the only hotels with a nice large pool. The place is absolutely beautiful!

Big spacious property on the waterfront. It is an old property but well maintained. The restaurant has excellent Chinese food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We just stopped there for a night on our way from Chetumal to San Pedro. The town itself is not so interesting but good for a stopover
