The rooms did not have any towels till the next morning. Was unable to take a shower. I was placed beside a group of individuals with loud music.

The kitchen staff was great, the pool was great!

Food service was extremely slow (45 minutes to an hour), even for drinks. The walls in the room were very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Private patio parties were extremely loud music and went till midnight. Room service was not consistent. Poor facility construction, not maintained well. General construction of the room was poor, the shower basin felt like it was not installed properly. Missing trim pieces everywhere. There were places you could see through the floor. They were definitely under staffed.

The pool was nice, food was decent (long time from ordering to actually getting food), staff was friendly. The facilities are clean but barebone, except for the air conditioning. Hot water available, but very low water pressure, two rooms couldn't take a shower at the same time. Convenient location, 5 minutes from San Ignacio.

First, I had reserved 2 cabins with2 double beds. I got 1 cabin with 2 double beds and a cabin with one double bed. They finally changed to a duplex with one double and a twin. Beds were very uncomfortable and cabins should be upgraded, need repairs.

Cabins are uncomfortable and poorly built. Bathroom is too small to even comb your hair without hitting the walls. Shades do not block the bright lights outside overnight. The room lighting is harsh and daylight bulbs are not suitable for night time. I cannot understand why is it so difficult to lit the with room with warm cozy ambient light. It costs the same. Yet they keep putting blue light emitting harsh daylight bulbs into every location.

The newest building was constructed facing an electrical substation. I had envisioned sitting on the porch each night to enjoy a glass of wine with my husband while our children slept inside our cabin, but this was impossible. Additionally, the atmosphere at the pool was extremely rowdy. The facility was really fun for our kids, but there was a lot of running and jumping going on around us, not ideal for a family with young kids. The restaurant seemed to be extremely understaffed and we waited nearly an hour for cocktails before canceling one night, and more than an hour for food another night. There was also an extremely bright light shining in out windows at night, lighting up our room as if it were daytime and making it very difficult to sleep.

Staff were extraordinary. Super helpful, kind, and just a real pleasure to interact with, every time.

We had to get a cab to go into town and in the evenings it was harder to get a taxi. We also went during the holidays so this may have contributed to less drivers?

The staff was great and the food on site delicious! My husband also loved the food so much he mentions it every now and then. Very family friendly.

They must have just done some upgrading to the room because we didn't have a handle on our room door. Which made it impossible to close our door from the inside. We improvised with a hair tie. All it took was to bring it to there attention, and they fixed it Pronto! No big deal!

The room was very disappointing. VERY noisy guests next to us and near us made one night miserable, and no one was at the reception desk and no one answered a phone call during the night. The room itself had apparently been recently renovated, but the renovation was not complete and there were several negative aspects. There were spots of paint on the bathroom floor and shower floor. The storage cabinet was missing several door/drawer knobs. There was no bath mat. I had to ask for more soap. A very bright light shown all night outside one window. A blackout curtain is needed at that place. Curtains were new and wrinkled. There were no chairs. Room painting touchup was not finished (corners of sheetrock, for example). The air conditioner did not work one day and had to be serviced. Air conditional was very noisy and vibrated against wall in bathroom.

Staff was very good, especially Serondo (name?). He arranged tours for us and a cab and was very helpful and had an excellent attitude. Food was good in restaurant.

There was no jacuzzi The food took extra time to be prepared. The roads on the facility were not paved. It would have been nice to hear music with dinner

The location was perfect. We were 5 minutes from Cahol Pech, 30 minutes from Xunantunich and 40 minutes from the Guatemala border. I loved the grounds. It felt and looked like a resort. It was absolutely beautiful with all the greenery. I loved that it was individual units separated by large spaces of grass between the different cabins. I never not once heard my neighbors or saw them unless I was in common spaces like the pool. The staff was exceptional. They were quick to answer any and all questions and concerns. The individual cabins were huge. The food and drinks were delicious.

The bar of the hotel had external parties 2 nights out of the 3 we stayed at the hotel. On the second night, we got woken up at 00:30 in fury by… fire works in the hotel garden!!!! I was shocked. The party was wild and nobody in the hotel could sleep. Some clients left before completing all their nights… Cab-Inn, you have to choose: are you a hotel or an event venue? The hotel is also close to the main road, which makes the environment pretty unquiet in general. Add the parties and it’s a nightmare… The room is clean but the toilets were broken and the shower is very basic (but I guess that’s a common issue in Belize)

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The size of the room is good. That’s pretty much it.

Great place!. I am a solo traveller, quiet, clean and very nice staff.. The property is beautiful, right on the edge of town which is great because there is a club that blares music until 4am(i stayed at another hotel is how i know) nice dining area/lounge. The cabin has a great porch!. Coffee and fridge in room!! I wake up early so need the coffee maker in room! I have hip arthritis so i like to add information for this-i was able to sleep the whole night and had no pain the next day!! It is on a slight hill but no stairs! a sloping path instead was easy. Bonus fireflies at night, a kitty and doggie.

A little out of town but If you’re happy with taxis , which are affordable, it’s ok. We got the number of our first taxi driver and communicated directly with him the entire stay - it was quite affordable and convenient.
