The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond to help you. I needed a charge cord and a copy of paperwork and they dropped everything to help. This is the also the nicest place we've ever stayed in Belize.

Nothing, this was an excellent stay through and through.

The hotel sent a driver to pick us up from the airport and it was all so easy and convenient. The hotel manager met us upon arrival and was incredibly friendly. Both our driver and the hotel host were so knowledgeable about Belize and eager to help us improve our stay. The room was very clean and incredibly comfortable. We also had a chance to enjoy the pool which was lovely. We especially appreciated the loaf of coconut bread left for us in our room. It was delicious!

There was only a limited number of restaurants within walking distance. The lighting in the room could have been wired differently to allow for better lighting control. It was either limited lighting or full glare.

Property and room were well kept and reflected the pride of the owners and staff in their provided services.

Marlon and his team are fantastic, and so dedicated to ensuring an excellent experience for guests in all ways. Organising a taxi pickup was easy; the room was absolutely spotless; recommendations for restaurants and cafes close by were great; the additional small touches in the room such as coffee, water and coconut bread made me feel very welcome. The suites are well equipped - though I only stayed for one night you could easily have a longer stay as there is a full kitchen, and the room is generous enough to not feel as though you're just in a bedroom. The pool and outside area are also clearly well looked after. I highly recommend staying here for a luxurious and peaceful experience.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and super helpful. About 25 minutes from the airport and the water taxi terminal is about 10 minutes.

Only disappointment was after getting in after a long day of travel and had to figure out where to eat instead of being able to crash at a hotel restaurant.

Staff was incredibly helpful, facilities were very nice. Really liked being able to sit on the balcony of my room and enjoy the weather, or sit poolside after a long day. Even included a delicious loaf of coconut bread upon arrival! The location was mostly great - a little cafe a couple minutes away, and a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants on the water.

The shower just trickled. As in almost no water came out, so it was almost impossible to wash off all the bug repellent I had sprayed on. For the price we paid, it was frustrating. The staff were kind and hopefully it was fixed for the next customers. The location is just embedded in a neighborhood.

The room itself is very clean and nice.

It wasn't anything I didn't like, however, it would be great to have breakdown of the area and things to do.

The welcome note and bread was a nice touch. Marlon was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area. The property is very clean and in a safe area.

Nothing! Except maybe would like to have a communal area eg restaurant or bar just in the evening if you wanted to be outside your room.

I arrived at night when it was lit up and it looked lovely, it looked even better in the morning! The pool was perfect temperature, my room was a great size and had a pool view with a terrace and the staff working there were all happy to help - even greeted with a cold flannel and a coconut bread!

Switch the location of the TV/desk with the armoire/closet to allow TV viewing from the bed. Install a dimmer switch on overhead lights as they are extremely bright. Although this was external to The Palms, the weed wacker used to cut grass across the street for 2+ hours and barking dogs in the evening and before 5am in the morning were more than annoying. Hopefully they can come to an agreement with the neighboring dog owners.

Comfortable bed, quality linens. Large room. Nice offerting of snacks/wet bar for purchase. The pool area looked lovely but we did not use it since we only stayed one night (flew home next day)
