“Bookin process very complicated and poor. Needed to call 4 times in front of the entry Nobody available…. Check-in was made before in-time like expected from Hotel, but at the entry nothing good… Then the room was not ready for me I tried 3 more rooms with someone from personal during multiple calls. Need to improve please. Thanks for your efforts, but it was definitely bad.”
