“The hotel is outstanding, Marc and David were so helpful. They went through all the local places to see. Mountains and Top of Europe only a short journey from the hotel. So you have lakes, waterfalls and mountains nearby. The check in was easy, our room was amazing with a lovely balcony and stunning views over Lake Brienz. The shower was great. There is no restaurant at the hotel but they ordered a takeaway for us on 2 occasions, set the table and did everything to make it a lovely meal in the hotel. Breakfast had everything you could want with tables looking out over the lake. There is a terrace area you can sit and have a drink after a long day sightseeing. Satellite TV has all the English channels BBC/ITV. Car parking for many cars free of charge.”
