Easy walk, even with suitcase, from Zurich HB to the hotel. Nice staff to advise me about train tickets to from Zurich HB to Italy. Quiet room, I actually could hear nothing from the street through the good-quality window. Mini bar was free.

Wash cloths instead of hand towels. This is especially important when trying to wash with bath/shower gel.

Location just great for public transport. Hotel very eclectic, just loved it. Check in staff so helpful, actually every member we encountered was great. There was a concert next door but we didn’t hear a thing. Free mini bar a nice touch.

the platform that the bed sits on can be dangerous. in the night when the lights are off it is very easy to forget there is a step down and trip or fall along with the placement of the shelves your sure to hit your head. light the step to make it visible in the night

the breakfast buffet was exceptional. the rooms and hotel overall were very clean and well appointed. very eclectic vibe

The lamp on the desk was too big and too low hitting the head many times. That should be relooked at it.

room was great. light switches were placed in the most convenient ways breakfast was delicious - a lot of selection. location was good - near the center and railway station.

the lack of privacy in the rooms. the bathroom is open and when you’re travelling with someone it can be difficult.

I am older its a young crowd, getting old, I do not like the shower in the middle of the room with curtain draw, with family. but if your young its right up their alley. I am much older and looking for the classic hotel stay. Well next time.

Walking distance to the train station and mall, short walk to Aldi's, and a 20 minutes walk to the bus station to hop on our viator tours. ,,,,,Beds are very comfortable.

Thin windows or unpropriet windows. As even if you close and lock a windows, you can stikl hear noise from outside like cars, ambulance, street noise .. I was bit surprise about that for newly built 4 stars hotel. Sink was part of the room.

Location just few minutes walk from Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Very good breakfast with hot bufe. Really tasty.

It was too hot.The AC was not working properly. The mattress was a bit soft,but it is understandable you cannot please everyone.

Only some noise during the weekend from the bars that are opposite, but still not loud and not until late.

The hotel is very nice! The rooms spacious and modern, the staff friendly, the location central and there is an amazing bar with great drinks that is open every day until late and full during the weekend.

I would expect a little more from the breakfast selection. Cups were finished when I was looking for coffee cups, the tags were in German I couldn’t understand yoghurt or jam types, English would be great, so I don’t need to ask anyone. I left a note to the reception saying that if any packages arrive under my name please do not accept and return. But they accepted and emailed me what to do about it. Now we need to deal with the courier.

Room was excellent, loved it. Location is superb very close to railway station and cool stores around. Breakfast was ok.
