Fantastic Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great View! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable for the four of us. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view – perfect for breakfast or lunch with a view or relaxing after a day of exploring, you could feel the swiss beauty from there. The host was also very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

We were a little confused about entering in the dark stairwells and couldn’t figure out the light switches at first (we are American 🤦🏻‍♀️). The building stairways and hallways looked and smelled very old, but the apartment is clean and good.

Review available from the patio was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was clean and had modern features. We were very grateful for the portable AC unit because it was hot a couple of the days we were there. The beds were very, very comfortable.

Very dirty… even towels (one dirty towel behind bathroom door). Many spider nets and spiders, its clear we have nature around but the nets can be cleaned. Also cutterly and kitchen supplies very limited. Weggis very far from everywhere even by car.

Maybe the bath with the shower is a little bit "old style" ( 60's ) and a modern shower box would further improve comfort.

The position of the location in front of the lake and of the snowy mountains is absolutely fantastic. It creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and the house has wonferful views from very large windows + a fantastic terrace. The arrival to the facility, the garage place under the apartment and the procedures for check-in and check-out have been very easy and friendly and perfectly helpful for old people with difficulties to move. The location is also very near to important and interesting cities like Luzern, Zurich and Bern.

The view from the apartment was amazing! Property really nice and clean and perfect for our needs (4 people) One double bed and one double sofa bed. The host was responsive by telephone and overall an excellent stay for two nights

Lakeview, in a very quiet street, walking distance to the town center, the location is great. The flat is modern, big, very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Plus, a big balcony.

When we arrived at the apartment and phoned the host, there was a lot of confusion, and we were told that it was already occupied. We had booked and paid in February, but for some reason overlapping bookings were done (with two different agencies) and the host had not noticed this. He searched for an alternative lodging, which was appreciated, but this process was made more difficult with poor phone reception and language barriers. He eventually did locate a condominium in the area, which we had to book ourselves and try to get an immediate check-in. For about the same price, we ended up with a smaller place and about 40% of the fabulous view, but at least it still looked at part of the lake. The host immediately offered to work out a refund. This became somewhat complicated and took several days to conclude, but he did refund the requested amount. Overall, it was a stressful situation that detracted from our Swiss vacation, and we found that booking.com presented difficulties in responding to this error. The host has assured us that he has now reviewed the procedures that will hopefully avoid this mistake in the future, but we suggest that you make contact after booking to verify the reservation.

The apartment had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, and appeared to have a nice garden and landscaping, but we really cannot evaluate the apartment as we did not get to stay there.
