a decent place to stay if you’re travelling by car. it’s easy to find and has ample parking, both in an indoor garage and outdoors next to the hotel. the location is close to public transport, making central Zurich easily accessible.

Our room wasn't clean. The bathroom was dirty. And the floor in the room wasn't clean at all. The sofa was covered in stains.

The A/C was a little rough. I like it cold when I sleep, so not being able to adjust the A/C below 75 was a little disappointing. And the beds were on the harder side for us.

It was very convenient to public transit. The rooms were very well laid out and stylish. The amenities were all top notch.

Partially unfriendly staff at breakfast. Reception personal was very forthcoming and friendly. The Hotel is a labyrinth, difficult orientation inside. Pretty expensive for so small rooms and I had to accept downgrade without refund because air conditioning not working the higher quality room I booked. Small rooms. Hypocrite ecological rules about one way bath sandals and room cleaning/towels, etc. But throwing sandwiches from breakfat, rather then letting customer take them? Small rooms, room cleaning weren‘t top. Bad information transmission on where you‘re allowed to park in payed parking. Yellow, white are for the residents (flats and Penthouses in two towers) and companies in the building

Great location near the train station, just 1-2 stops from central Zurich! Room was basic but comfortable. Parking was easy onsite for a fee.

The location is quite distant from the city center, and the road is not pleasant to walk through (quite industrial), definitely recommend taking a train (2 mins to train station, 6 min to Zürich HB by train)

In general, I liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the sound isolation was good, so you don't hear the train station nearby. There is a coffee point in the hotel lobby where you can buy delicious coffee. And definitely, I recommend adding breakfast to your booking, there is a great variety of food, incl. fruit, cheese, nuts, etc.

It would have been nice if the windows could open for fresh air. Maybe the “resort” branding is overplayed, although we didn’t have time to use the sauna, etc. The staff were perhaps a but abrupt, but that was partly our fault as we don’t speak German.

The location was perfect for us - a 10-minute walk from a party venue. The rooms were big, with very large windows and a nice city-scape view. Beds extremely comfortable. Conveniently located - good tram and rail connections from Zurich main railway station. (But there did not appear to be many restaurants or shops in the vicinity.)

We needed to pay for the parking space outside the hotel (under direct sun) (10€/night). Not in the city centre, but was relatively easily accessible by public transport (6-7 min walk to the train station), however, the train to the city centre was not very frequent No coffee machine/electric hotel was available inside the rooms (but not a big deal also)
