It was beautiful, and we’ll located near the train station which was helpful for all my day trips. The staff was friendly and every helpful!

We picked the hotel because it was close to the venue we were spending time at....however, for a trip to tour downtown, the location is not the best. A 5-10 minute walk to trams that then take about 20 minutes to get to the center. However, the rate and room size is considerably better than hotels in the center. A trade off you have to decide.

No way to control the A/C so it was always too hot. The beds were uncomfortably too firm and pillows lacked support. Sofa bed was not a bed and just a hard couch.

There was a really bad smell in the room since we arrived till we left, also the air conditioning was so bad + many things that I thought will be in the room but it wasn’t, as the kettle, phone to contact with the reception ect..

No complimentary water provided. No kettle. No phone to contact reception. Although they have WhatsApp contact, not everyone has WhatsApp on their phone. The cleaners swiftly moved the large trolley without taking notice of the people nearby. Booked 2 rooms but we were in different floors.

The room was extremely small for my daughter and I whom are both very small. Barely any counter/table top space to put things on and barely enough room for us to walk around the bed. This was our 1st time in Switzerland, so maybe this is normal?

The property was very nice, clean and well maintained! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with recommendations on where to eat and how to get around town. We also enjoyed shopping at the Nivea store in the hotel. We wished we had more time to enjoy the sauna and a message. The location was very close to the train station!

The air conditioner did not work, it got hot, room was too small and claustrophobic. Whirlpool was not working. Old naked men asked others to take off their clothes in the steam room .

Somewhat far away from the city centre, but there's a direct transport connection No kettle for tea/coffee in the room itself The window is huge and has automated blinds (those also seems to close and open on their own at certain times), but unfortunately, can't be opened if you want to let some fresh air in, so you have to rely on AC

Tons of shops in the area, and even a small self-service snack and drinks area in the hotel itself. Very modern rooms. We didn't know it, but our room had a sexy shower, so you might to take that into account :) You can obscure it though

The main staff (ones wearing blazers) are knowledgeable and good. But one of the staff (not wearing a blazer) was clearly clueless about the hotel booking system and along with cross verifying the payments already made

I checked in at 7pm. I was given keys to a room where somebody was already checked in! Went back and the second time the room had someone else's baggage! We got the room at the third attempt. The cleaning does not work even if you leave "please make up my room". I had to complain twice to get the room cleaned. There is no fridge in the room or kettle (quite strange for a 4 star). You cannot control the AC from the room, in the evening it was a bit hot and the AC was not cool enough, we were told that nothing can be done as things are controlled centrally. Requesting an iron took 6 hours! This is the 3rd time I have stayed here the first two times were excellent. I would never stay here again.

There was no proper air condition. It’s centralized controlled from reception and it was so hot due to Panaromic glass window of the room. They provide us the fan but which was of no use

The 3rd person’s bed was a sofa. The room Was not getting cold at all. No dental kit. No welcome water or anything and also took 7.5 CHF more from us as city tax

The staff wouldn't give us too key cards. They wouldn't let us charge items to the room and I wish the room had a mini bar.

There are too many people, the whole place looks crowdy. feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Value for money was not the best. I think its a bit too expensive for 200+ FR a night
