The breakfast is served until 10.30 on weekends. Yet, when I arrived at 10am I was abruptly advised by the waiter there that I'm to pick things I want to eat ASAP as they will start clearing out.

Location is unbeatable. There are small touches in the hotel room that just show the amount of thought and care that went into the design to make one feel super comfortable. Reception staff super helpful!

The hotel is located at very nice place where you can just walk around and see all nice buildings and landmark. It has a nice restaurant as well and I enjoyed fondue for dinner there. The staff were so kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again.

Our room looked out over a courtyard where activity continued until late at night. This is a small negative aspect to its location being in the middle of town.

The location of Hotel Adler is excellent. It puts you right in the heart of Zurich at reasonable rates. The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient with billing questions.

breakfast is fair. the staff is not organized and mix the priorities. it was no more milk and bread… I hade to wait over 15 minutes … so I decided to eat croissant what I did not want. so I was unhappy for a piece of bread. Frankly the hotel is good but the management should train its staff and this hotel would be considered as excellent

property is globally very confortable, good and very nice. nice design in rooms. however the shower floor is in plastic (looks very cheap and not confortable). Staff at reception is friendly and efficient

No complaints at all apart from thought hotel a little expensive but may well be we hadn't realised how expensive hotels in Zurich are

Friendly and efficient reception and breakfast waiting staff. All rooms had a unique mural which gave the room a name. Coincidentally we were alloted Opernhaus which as opera lovers seemed fortuitous. Room cleaned thoroughly each day. Very close to tram stops so easy to get around city.

On the last day, there was an unnoticed repair in the room next door with drillers and hammers starting at 9:00am. It was impossible to sleep or stay in the room.

Outstanding Location. Great Room. We have not had breakfast. Strongly recommend dinner fondue at the hotel restaurant... Ask for Daniele waiter. he is the best waiter i've seen working... Friendly, fast, and understand and attend your expectations, making all a nice experience!

This was my 4th stay here and I loved it. Good location within walking distance of main train station, or you could hop the bus. Rooms are clean. Sometimes you hear the bustle of people walking the streets or dining below until about 10pm but that was of no consequence to me. The traffic noise is low since this is in old town. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I did not include breakfast this time as we were up and out early. We did eat dinner here 2 nights, I had an excellent fondue! Checkout system is overly complicated and was down on final morning leading to confusion. Otherwise flawless stay.

There was nothing that I did not like and would stay there again.

The hotel was well situated in Old Town Zurich with a tram stop about a block away, at the river. I had a single room which had a comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom, a fridge with free water, a safe and good storage. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, typical Swiss breakfast, with everything you need to get going in the morning. Also I ate a delicious fondue dinner at the hotel restaurant, Swiss Chuchi as well as a soup/salad lunch, also good. Switzerland is pricey, so be prepared for expensive food.

I didn’t like that I had to enter my cell phone number to get the wifi. The card I was given had passwords that didn’t match what was expected on my phone.

Breakfast was nice. The room was charming with great toiletries. Short walk to train station, churches, river and lake.

it was wonderful. I would definitely stay again. I wouldn’t even look at other places. If I had find something the only thing would be that it has a shower curtain versus a glass/plastic door.

I loved everything about the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, friendly and going above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. Room was available early and they held my bags when I checked out. The location was extremely centric just a short walk to all the attractions…including the main train station. Tons of restaurants just a few steps away including one downstairs. Rooms while on the small side were beautifully decorated, well equipped and super comfortable. Bed and pillows were heavenly. Room had a small fridge with free water/soda replaced daily. View to the courtyard was fantastic. The room had great lighting and windows that opened to the courtyard…but the ability to make it completely dark and very quiet if needed. A/C worked great which was needed for the time I stayed. Room has a desk and sufficient space for clothes. Bathroom was a good sized and water pressure was great. Everything looked well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was good and included in the basic room rate.

Very conveniently located, and of special note to those with an interest in art. It has a nice Swiss style restaurant attached. I booked it late, with very few other options available, but I am glad I stayed there.
