SwitzerlandThis isn't really a criticism of the hotel. We had a wheelchair with us and we didn't contact the hotel early enough to organize the shuttle so ended up on the bus from St Moritz. The bus itself dropped us off a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and in normal circumstances that would have been ideal, but it was 5 minute walk up a relatively steep hill with a wheelchair and luggage, it wasn't easy! So the motto is, organize the shuttle in advance with the hotel!
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, lots of space in the room! Hotel is very clean, staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. They also went above and beyond to help us get to the train station (mum is in a wheelchair and dad struggles with his mobility) on our departure and organized a taxi for us at their expense because the shuttle wasn't available.....they excelled themselves, we loved our stay in the hotel and would definitely go back! Customer service was 5*!!

Beautiful Hotel, well managed. nice rooms, nice location in the center of Silvaplana. Easy to park, good food and breakast. It helped that we had great weather, too.

SwitzerlandWe had a great stay in hotel Albana in the middle of October: the room was cozy, spa was very nice, both restaurants are amazing (and you can order from both of them!) and the service is just superb - they arranged our transfer and were super flexible with restaurants and spa. Last but not least - fresh and flavourful estonian bread is delicious! It made breakfasts really special. We will definitely come back!

Added bonuses of Wellness facilities in the basement and free secure parking. Would highly recommend the Thai cuisine offered in the restaurant.
