We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The room was so comfortable with lots of little touches to make your stay more comfortable. Staff were more than happy to help with anything you needed. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent location just a few minutes from Le Prese train station. Very Swiss decor, which was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the owner who made the most fantastic minestrone soup I have ever tasted. Especially liked the provision of slippers! Would highly recommend

RomaniaThis is nothing the hotel can change but the train passing just below our windows woke me up at 6:28 in the morning. However, it did not woke up my baby or the others in our party so probably I am too sensitive. I would recommend some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Everithing was amazing. The rooms were very clean and they cleaned every day even if we stayed only 2 nights. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Very close to the train station and also to the lake. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse. You have a great view from your room to the mountains. They are very baby friendly and there is a small playground well maintained. One of the double rooms we had was in fact an appartment with a small living room and a bedroom, which was great since we had a toddler with us who sleeps early. There is also a lift.

SwitzerlandThe receptionist/manager was a real disappointment. There were hidden fees that were not mentioned to us in advance. When we complained, she was very rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. Although the rest of the staff were very kind, just because of her, I would not recommend staying there.
The restaurant staff was very kind and the place is nicely located in the town.

Switzerlandthe lady at the reception had messed up things and I got a room without toilet. At least they charged me accordingly. The hotel is in front of a very noisy road. The food at the restaurant was mostly decent, the bread wasn't fresh. The breakfast included just some of the very basics and strictly one croissant per person
