All good. No complaints at all.

A solid no frills hotel. Lovely and clean. We had dinner and would recommend you do. The local dumplings were delicious. We payed extra for a room with a view, loved hearing the river outside and waking up to the view of the river and mountains in the morning.

This accommodation was perfect for a two night layover on a long bicycle trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, and the restaurant excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend to friends and family.

The breakfast choice was rather disappointing.

The family rooms were comfortable. We loved the sound of the river while we slept. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and kindly made the extra effort to speak in English for us which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant; one of the best schnitzel we have ever had! Perfect after a day’s skiing.

The hotel is located confidently right next to a Main Street, which can have some motor traffic going by. It ended up being a bit further from our ski location but still well located.

Very friendly and helpful staff, anytime we had a request or question they assisted with a positive attitude. The facilities were also very nice, and well kept up. We had a view of the river located right next to the hotel and it was really nice view. The kitchen provided a extensive breakfast and a good option for dinner that left us satisfied. Great option for a good price.

Every time you opened the shower door it formed a puddle on the floor (had to keep mopping it up!) The hotel asked you not to open the windows for more than 3 minutes at a time (may have been something to do with it being on the river???) but the rooms got quite hot and there was no aircon!

The food at the hotel was lovely, dinner was three courses and there was a buffet breakfast. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, bright, and clean with all of the facilities required including a TV and a hairdryer. The staff/reception was helpful and friendly.

For us that was not a problem, but for people who are sensitive to uniform noise it might be - the hotel is just next to a mountain river which is quite loud. At the same time the hotel is quite big, so, should the river noise bother you, I'm sure you can ask during the booking for a room which is farther away from the river / doesn't have windows facing it. The breakfast could be more varied, especially when it comes to fresh fruits. But overall, we had a great experience, and I certainly can recommend the hotel to others and will definitely consider choosing it again once I'm back in Graubünden.

Welcoming hosts. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern, including bathroom, and furnished / arranged in some very stylish way, truly delightful. Very close to Tiefencastel railroad station (5-10 minutes on foot, depending on your pace), where you can take Bernina Express or another train to enjoy the Albula railroad line (and beyond). The property has its own restaurant, and as a guest, you're offered to book a table there. The food and wine in the restaurant were very tasty.

Very quiet little village, nothing to do there. You can have a drink at the hotel but must take the car to go to a bar or to any restaurant.

Very cozy hotel and the owner was extremely kind. Very clean and comfortable. Village in between great ski resorts (10-15’ drive).

If you have any problems sleeping at night, please make sure you have ear plugs! I had read the reviews before booking and came prepared. The river below is fast and loud! Breakfast was very basic (in my opinion). We were hoping for something warm (bacon, sausages, toast), but only a continental buffet and boiled eggs (If it said when booking, I didn't notice). Would also have been nice to be even offered a banana or apple, but settled with the chopped fruit salad. Windows in the room opened fully (in a door like fashion). Again, not something for the faint hearted and best to keep small children out of the way.

Location is was great and is close to the railway station. By car, it is approximately 10 minutes from Savognin and 50 minutes from St Moritz - we skied in both places. We had the family room with mezzanine which had lots of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Bannister/balcony railing on the mezzanine level is a little low for my liking, especially for younger children. The room is basic, but is perfectly comfortable and most importantly, clean. Yes, it could do with a little modernisation, but for the price, it's fine. Dinner was very good - waiting staff were very attentive and also patient with the children. They also accommodated special dietary needs without much prior notice (because we forgot to notify them in advance). Nice little selection of games and books for the children to use.

Great breakfast, clean and pleasant hotel with very helpful and nice staff. Rich breakfast, all facilities like high chair or cot for a baby available on request. Parking spot next to the building.

Stunning view from the room, comfortable beds, charming interior with nice wooden furniture, everything is clean and perfectly maintained, helpful and friendly service, nice restaurant. We are definitely coming back!
