Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SwitzerlandFantastic Breakfast, a clean quiet room in a great location just across the bridge from the center of old town Bern. With the free city ticket, we were able to jump on and off of the trams and busses and see a lot more than we would have been able just on foot. The hotel and Bern have a lot to offer. The old town is really worth the visit. Plus getting out and up on the hill, such as the rose garden, give a fantastic view back to the town for some fantastic Instagram worthy picts!

IrelandThere is a window that separates the bathroom from the toilet and although it has a black tint, you can see through. It is not nice to see in the toilet from the bedroom or the other way around. The air conditioning could not be stopped or the fan to be put lower which was an inconvenience.

The room was clean, and all the staff except for Brittina (front desk worker)was excellent. She was down right upset that we did not preorder pillow and comforter without down. The hotel menu stated you could order them there. She acted like she had to bring them from home
