Temperature control was radiator that you screw and it wasn't very effective in cold weather.

The staff were not so friendly and the bar closed at 21:30 so sitting down for a relaxing evening with a drink was not possible.

They gave me a palmiers room. Those rooms have the bathroom walls made of wood blinds to devide the areas of bedroom/bathroom. Making it quite non-private if two people are staying in the same room. If they added a glass panel behind the wood to make it more private would be a great addition!

Everything was fantastic! Since attention from the receptionists to the cleaning stuff. Hotel was perfectly located next to the train station and like 5/10 minutes walk from the main shopping area and Flon clubbing area. Hotel was extremely clean and fresh. This will be the place where I'll be staying everytime I am in Lausanne.

We stayed at this hotel previously and, although we booked the exact same category of room, the room we got this time was much smaller than the one we got previously. It was still a decent room, but we were disappointed. Also, we wanted to sleep in on the first night, so we left the do not disturb sign on the door. When we got up and left the room around noon, we placed the “service” sign on the door, but our room was never serviced that day at all. We had no clean towels and no coffee for the next morning

The desk reception was not very professional. We were given our pass cards but not explaining that we had bus passes to use during our stay. Not informative during our check-in.

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel overall, as the photos on its listing are a bit misleading. My room would have fitted in very well with your average 3* hotel. The reception staff were not very friendly, either at check in or checkout.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, and has a public car park next door, so is very conveniently located. The WiFi was good, and the bed was comfortable.

The lady in the reception who was working at night, was very arrogant and even didn't give me any information about the free transportation in Lausannr , plus the room was absolutely cold, I had to wait the evening of the second night to feel comfortable.

I had to pay separate parking since we rented a car. This seems more like a place that you shouldn't have a car. You don't need it. Note that the parking was adjacent and really convenient, just expensive (can't remember maybe like 30CHF per day?)

Super modern and stylish hotel. Really comfy beds and great lighting. Bathroom was great and shower was awesome. They had a gym that was decent. The location was awesome. So many places to walk to within 1km. Markets, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, clubs, etc. Literally everything.also the view from the 4th floor looking out was awesome. Loved to see the lake!
